  • Filled with natural light, this thoughtfully styled home offers generous space and a calm, lived-in feel. Quality furnishings and a large, comfortable dining area create a space for work, shared meals or gatherings, all set in a quiet, well-connected pocket of Canberra.

    Whether you`re visiting for work or a getaway, everything you need is close by, including popular dining and attractions. You’ll have full access to the haven and its amenities, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

    BEDROOM
    The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings and its own private bathroom.

    BATHROOM
    The home offers 4 bathrooms for your convenience. The first is an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second includes a shower, bath and toilet. The third and fourth are separate toilets. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

    KITCHEN
    Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
    • Fridge/freezer
    • Stovetop
    • Microwave

    • Crockery and cutlery

    A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

    The living room features a 75` Samsung smart TV for your entertainment. Upstairs, the family room is equipped with a 55` LG smart TV for additional viewing and relaxation. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

    LAUNDRY
    A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

    PARKING
    - One secure allocated car space
    - Free 2 hours street parking in front of the house

    Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

    Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

    **Leave It as You Found It**
    Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
