The check in process was very difficult. You are given a number which you give to the key holder in the nearby shop who gives you a fob to access the building and car park. This number does not activate the door to the apartment. We were not given a different code anywhere on the correspondence from the owner. We finally rang the help number, and it was released. We have travelled extensively overseas, and this is the first time we have had to wait until 4pm to get into the accommodation. The bed is comfortable, and the facilities are good. Booking out you are advised to give the property top marks and then they will give us top marks. As we haven't done so I guess we will be marked down. The killer is that prior to leaving you are instructed to send a photograph of the keys and fob to the owner. I am not sure what that is all about. We returned them to the shop we collected them from, and they were booked back in. Interesting that it is shown as a 9.8 rating but apparently hasn't been rated yet and this number is determined from other similar facilities Sure!!! Very disappointing
