“The host was available for questions and concerns. The size and space of the home was great for our group. However, the home needs a deep clean and several updates/repairs. The dining room chairs were very dirty and felt a little unstable. A few of the mattresses were sunken in the middle. We all thought the water smelled a little metallic and the home could benefit from water filters. The towels smelled very musty and old. ”

“This home is spacious, very clean and accommodating. The location is great, communication was great. Access was as described. 4 Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The 5th bedroom is off the foyer and has no closet, no bathroom. It was probably intended to be a study or a parlor. It has the powder room as the closest bathroom, but in order to shower from that 5th bedroom, one must use a shower in someone else's bedroom. That wasn't clear to me in the description.
