This street is considered to be the most happening street of North Goa. The villa is in a gated complex with a large shared swimming pool.

Villa Samaara1 is a spacious and modern, yet warm and welcoming family retreat. Luxuriating in a very cosy and cute premises but just moments from Candolim Beach(500metres ). Overflowing with casual elegance and charm Villa Samaara1 is an idyllic escape. It is amid all the famous and happening restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Ideal for families, kids will love the villa with trampoline and trees while adults luxuriate in beautiful views, bespoke design and glorious sense of space. We can easily accommodate 5 adults in our villa, but for larger groups we have an another similar villa next to it and if booked as a twin villa then 4 families can stay comfortably. The 2 bedroom property has a living cum dining room with the kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms. Our bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, furnished with vibrant, bright colours to give you a homely feeling. Both the rooms are air conditioned with queen size beds. One bedroom has an attached bathroom while the second bedroom has a semi attached bathroom. You can spend your evenings in our living room with a TV or get together with friends and family in the sit out area next to the pool.
We have a well equipped kitchen with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas burner, Water purifier, Toaster and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and glassware. Our living room is furnished with traditional furniture for you and catch a game or a movie on our TV with a DTH connection.
Our villa is in a gated complex with 24 hours Security and also hosts a beautiful and large common swimming pool which our guests really enjoy between 8 am to 8 pm. Home food available on request.
