“Desk personnel were great.
Breakfast hostess was less than friendly or helpful.
Breakfast was sad and limited.
Not a perk at all.”

The owners were some of the nicest people you could meet and you could tell they care about making their guests feel welcomed. The bathrooms even though were outside and shared they were very clean. The owner even helped me start my fire because I never have before and was learning from YouTube but he came over and got it going right away. 10 out of 10 I recommend to everyone. “Very nice and inexpensive motel, about 20 minutes from Binghamton. No frills but clean room, comfortable beds, hot shower, plenty of towels, quiet stay. Pleasant check-in. We came in late, and the staff called us earlier in the evening to be sure we were still planning to arrive. Well worth the relatively low fee.”
