Located in the center of Canet de Mar, Barcelona, this bright and modern 120 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is a loft accessible by stairs from the living room, featuring a double bed and a single sofa bed, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Please note that the upper level has a low ceiling and requires ducking. The private, well-equipped kitchen opens directly to the living area. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a workspace. Public transport is easily accessible.



Enjoy the first private, uncovered terrace with a chill-out area, outdoor sofa, and dining table for meals al fresco. Upstairs, you'll find a second private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower—perfect for cooling off after the beach.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. This is a family property.



The house is in a residential neighborhood: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors' rest.
