Air-conditioned mobile home, 4/8 people, in Canet-en-Roussillon, in the magnificent 4 * campsite Mar Estang where a tunnel gives you access to the beach, in 5 minutes on foot, and in complete safety.

Thanks to the many services offered inside the campsite and its geographic location, everything is accessible on foot: beach, walks, shops.
It is located opposite the "Flamands Roses" thalassotherapy center and close to many attractions for children (Aqualand, mini golf ...).

Close to Perpignan, Collioure, Saint-Cyprien or Spain.

With a surface area of 40m2, the mobile home consists of:
- a parental suite: a 140 x 190 bed adjoining its bathroom (shower + WC).
- two bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 110)
- a bathroom
- separate WC
- fitted kitchen area: 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.

The living room opens onto the terrace with its large patio doors and bay windows. You will be able to enjoy the calm and the sun thanks to its garden furniture for 8 people and its two sunbathings.

The campsite has all the services necessary for a good stay: grocery store, bakery, snack bar and restaurant, laundromat, doctor's office.
For entertainment, you will find a petanque, tennis, football / basketball, children's playground, bicycle rental, as well as the bar and its entertainment.

The water park consists of an indoor swimming pool heated in low season, 2 outdoor swimming pools (one of which is heated in low season), 3 slides, 2 jacuzzis and 2 paddling pools for the little ones.
It is the FUNS PASS that will give you access to the aquatic area, and its activities, as well as to the gym and the children's club. The baby club (July-August) for 3-5 year olds, the mini club (from April) for 5-12 year olds and the teen club (July-August) offer varied activities adapted to different ages.
These FUN PASS are to be purchased directly on site at the campsite. They are essential from June to the end of September to take advantage of the activities.

Housework:
The cleaning fee is included in the rental but we ask you to respect the premises and to clean the accessories (oven, microwave, plancha, fridge ...)
