This spacious, air conditioned, two-story townhouse sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with comfortable king size beds including a master bedroom with a full en-suite washroom. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4 people, with memory foam mattresses to provide you with maximum comfort and flexibility for your group.

The full kitchen is equipped with all appliances and cookware, along with basic condiments such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices and coffee.

Open the doors to the terrace and savor the cool mountain breezes and the panoramic views of Mount Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountain.

The smart lock on the door enables a virtual check-in and is also helpful for large groups so you don't need to worry about keys.

Our townhouse is family owned by long time VRBO hosts. You won't be dealing with a booking agency. We live and work in Canmore, and we are always available to help you with anything you need. We aim to provide you with a clean and comfortable stay in the heart of the Canadian Rockies!

House Rules:

-Quiet time after 10pm
-Dishes must be cleaned before check out.
-No food shall be left behind.
-Pets are allowed but must have specific approval from the Host. Unapproved pets will be charged the full $200 damage deposit fee.
The following pet rules must be followed:
1) Pets are not permitted on the furniture or the beds;
2) Pets cannot be left unattended at our townhouse at any time;
3) Guests must clean up pet hair prior to departure;
4) Guests are responsible for the costs of any excess cleaning or damage caused by the pets.
