The positives are as follows... Great location in the town of Canmore. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops. Amazing views as well. The property was VERY clean and organized. The value was excellent! Nice water pressure and the Wi-Fi was good. The layout is good for a SMALL family. The garage was great for our car (low ceilings so keep that in mind) and a FREE park pass to get into Banff. That is awesome! Lots of cups and glasses and plates... nice balcony. The negatives are as follows... Hard to get into the unit. The smart lock was weird and very temperamental. We arrived late (around 1 a.m.) and it took us over five minutes to get into the unit after a super long day of travel. We were very worried because there would be no one to contact that late. It continued to be hard to use and when it did work it was beep and make noise for 10 minutes after entering. Something is up with that lock?The bedding was cheap and worn. Only 1 set that we could find. The mattress is very soft so for us it was not comfortable over 9 days. The pillows were too soft as well.Only six towels for the bathrooms. More towels are needed. We had to do laundry many times to keep things clean. Only one towel for the kitchen that we could find. We contacted the property manager about the door and it took her 2 days to get back to us. Getting into the unit is the MOST important thing in renting a place. Many light bulbs were out 5 or 6? Not a huge deal but it seems like attention to det
