    Step out to our private balcony and you'll be greeted by a stunning view of The Three Sisters, one of Canmore's most famous and beautiful mountain ranges!

    This listing is for TWO of our side-by-side stylish modern condos which BOTH look out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The First condo features two bedrooms & the Second condo features 1 bedroom both with very comfortable NEW beds, and breathtaking mountain views! Both Condos have a full kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal, dinning area, patio, BBQ, Gas Fireplace and in-suite laundry.

    Don't feel like cooking?! The condo is located in the Grande Rockeries resort which offers a delicious restaurant off of the main lobby called the "Grande Kitchen + Bar" Also, our suite is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you'll find cute cafes, fun bars and restaurants, as well as elevated dining experiences.

    What our guests LOVE about our listing:

    - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
    - Both suites features three full newly renovated bathrooms!
    - Cozy gas fireplace for those cold winter days and available Air Conditioning for those precious hot summer months!
    - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
    - Wheelchair accessible! Home has no steps in the space and is located on the second floor for easy accessibility!
    - Two Secure & heated underground parking spots
    - Lightning fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV and a 40" TV located in the Master Bedroom which features complimentary Netflix.
    - Located close to Downtown Canmore (only a close 5-10 Min walk) and to multiple stunning mountain walking trails!

    What our guests DON'T love about our listing:
    - Our listing is located in the Grande Rockies Resort and while the building is concrete construction which dampens sound between the floors and walls, there is some potential for noise transfer. This particular unit is a corner unit so there is only 1 unit directly to the right of this one.

    Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in each master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom & a Pull-Out Couch in each Living Room to comfortably sleep 10 guests - Perfect for Large groups & Families!

    Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, high end coffee espresso machine, rice cooker and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

    Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

    Our stunning two condo units features an amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, delicious restaurant, free WiFi, and secure underground parking, all of which is accessible to guests!

    We have two designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet.

    Other things to note
    IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

    - There will be overnight supervisor on site to provide support for both guards and residents/guest and to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns that may come up overnight.

    - We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance of the underground parkade is 7 feet.

    - The AC system is fully functional; however, it is designed not to turn on unless temperatures are below 13°C.

    - Please note that the condo building’s A/C is turned off during the winter season and is only available starting June 1st.

    - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

    Pack & Play Policy
    If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

    Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

    ‣ Damage Protection
    Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.

    ‣ Rental agreement
    A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.

    After-hours check-in is available at Solara Resort (3-min drive away: 187 Kananaskis Way).

    Open Amenities:
    -Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tub & Pool (includes a 3-storey waterslide!)
    -Fitness Centre
    -The Grande Kitchen & Bar – now operating with enhanced cleaning standards
    -Housekeeping: Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Otherwise, service is provided between guest stays only for safety.

    After hours offsite check-in is available at Solara Resort, which is a 3-minute drive away: 187 Kananaskis Way.

    EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
    · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!

    LOST ITEMS
    · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.

    MAIL & PACKAGES
    · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.

    MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
    · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

    ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
    · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
    · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.

    CANCELLATIONS
    ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

    GUEST SCREENING
    · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

    EXTERIOR CAMERAS
    · Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.

    LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
    ‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

Great waterslide for the kids, pool & hot tub. Great location-our teens enjoyed walking around to shop/coffee etc. We stayed here while skiing Nakiska. Great place to feed and sleep our family while on a ski trip!

Spacious double unit - perfect for large group

We really enjoyed staying at this unit within the Grande Rockies Resort in Canmore with our adult children. Everyone had space and no one had to sleep on a couch, though there were 2 hide-a-beds that would come in handy for larger groups. The unit has a full 2 bedroom suite (w/2 bathrooms) plus a full 1 bedroom suite. While having 2 kitchens was unnecessary, having 2 living rooms was lovely when members of our group had to take an online meeting or call for work. The kitchens were fully equipped with the usual large and small appliances, common crockery, utensils and ingredients (cooking oil, coffee, spices) and food storage items! In addition to the stove, fridge, microwave, there was also a BBQ on the deck. In-unit laundry machines were a bonus that we appreciated! The kids used the pool and hot tub, though it was a bit too busy on the weekend with hockey tournament teams in the building! Another benefit of this property is the heated underground parking - a bonus in the winter! This rental offers maximum space and Canmore convenience. The furnishings and accessories in the units have been updated, though the kitchen cupboards are showing a bit of age and the carpet in the hotel hallway needs updating. Very easy check-in and checkout. Don’t hesitate to book if you are seeking space and value. And if you stay here, or visit Canmore, be sure to have breakfast at the Grande Kitchen and Bar in the lobby of the Grande Rockies Resort. They have the best eggs Benedict ever!
