Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war außerdem sehr nett und aufmerksam, das hat uns sehr gefallen!

Room was clean and very comfortable. King sized bed wasever so very comfortable. The property manager Mark , was so pleasant and easy to work with. He was so helpful and considerate. We can't praise him enough. Very enjoyable stay

Small and cozy, good for what we needed. Clean and comfortable, good loctaion. Building has some interior renovations going on, but didn't bother us.

The host was amazing, allowed me to check-in hours early and would reply within minutes to any question. They definitely cared about me and making sure I had the best stay.

Bel hébergement très bien situé et propre. Nous recommandons cet endroit. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec le réfrigérateur et la communication avec Mark à été super et à notre retour, nous en avions un nouveau. Par contre, Il y a un gros enjeu avec la pression d’eau dans la douche et c’est un peu plate arriver d’une grosse journée et devoir trouver un stationnement dans la rue bondée

The room was clean but very very uncomfortably small. Towels and sheets were clean but smelled like poorly washed . The entrance was a disaster due to water damage. Parking was horrible!! We had to go around and around until we found pay parking that we were not told about . I would stay here again only if there is nothing else available

Room was easy to locate. Entry into the building and room were great. Room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, a few plates and cutlery, iron and ironing board along with all other common hotel amenities. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There is underground parking which is awesome as parking in the area is really congested. Stalls are really tight. Walking distance to different restaurants within 15 minutes.

Clean room. Small though. It's all bed. Construction was going on next to room, it was only a bit noisy once. The view from this room was of nothing, another wall. No toaster but giant salt and pepper shakers and a butcher knife provided. Why??? AC was awesome quiet. Parking is atrocious if you can even find any. Shower head was broken.

Check-in was done via message. Was provided with building door code and room door code. Room itself is very small but fully functional. There was king bed, smart tv, fridge, microwave, full bathroom. With 2 people and bags the room was pretty full. No complaints on room. I’m not in Canmore to sit in a hotel anyway Parking around hotel is difficult if you’re back too late. We use pedal bikes in Canmore so we found good parking around 5pm. Would definitely book again.

Pleasant and very comfortable small room, perfect for one person. Canmore is inherently walkable and this location is easy to access from town (20 minutes). Great value for $ Not quite an enough flat surfaces to store items, and no luggage rack or drawers but this is a very minor grievance. Enjoyed my stay and will come back.

This was a great spot. Small but perfect, it was all I needed. My only issue with the whole place was the water pressure at the shower. Definitely needs some attention it was very weak. But the showers next door at the communal washroom was good so it was clearly a separate issue. 5 stars for the price otherwise :)

Sehr klein

Es handelt sich um ein recht kleines Zimmer. Es ist kaum möglich zwei Koffer aufzuklappen. Bad ist ausreichend groß. Insgesamt war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Ob ein so kleiner Raum allerdings den Preis wert ist halte ich für fraglich.

The town of Canmore is very nice. This room has zero communication. No email. Called the property manager and he said he would send me a text with room code. That didn't happen. Called again. Second call and he was able to figure out how to use his phone. Terrible. The area is great. Beautiful!

Plates cups and glasses were available as well as some silverware. Tea and coffee provided for the first few days. Dishwashing liquid and shampoo and soap etc was all there and good quality. The gym was adequate with cardio equipment, weights and a pulley station. The room felt a bit tight bc and the AC unit took up a lot of space on the floor. No closet space as the only closet was locked.

The room is tiny. The building has no amenities. So how can you rent a room with no real kitchen (barely working microwave does not count) in a building with no kitchen service or hotel amenities. Room was cold, hot water was limited, bed below average, appointments below average. Kleenix box with holes and the list goes on. We stayed one night and then rented a different place for remainder of stay as this was not going to work at all. More clear description is required. Definitely my worst experience in Canmore and the Windtower has gone downhill at a rapid rate. Shame on them.

Our stay was short and sweet, and your location was perfect. The good: clean, and comfortable. The building is secure and quiet. Inconveniences: 1 outlet for 4 kitchen appliances to share, swapping depending on use. Kitchenette hardly big/equipped enough to call a kitchenette...had a can opener and plates/cutlery. Poor layout of furniture. The bad....the room is smaller than expected, but once we got used to that, was cozy. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink seems very unsanitary. The shower head is on its last legs for adjusting between settings and very low water pressure. The outlet under the window has burn marks and is out of service (like this when we arrived) the one across from the bed won't hold the cord on the top receptacle. The outside maintenance and view was extremely disappointing. We saw new pool/Jacuzzis out back, this may solve that issue.
