Located at 906 Bow Valley Trail, this newly built 1-bedroom apartment places you just steps from downtown Canmore while offering beautiful mountain views and a comfortable private space to unwind after a day outdoors.

    Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the apartment combines warm mountain touches with clean modern finishes in a bright and functional layout.

    🛋️ Open-Concept Living with Mountain Views
    The main living space features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge area that flows directly onto the private balcony through a large sliding glass door. From both the balcony and living area, you’ll enjoy views toward the Three Sisters and Ha Ling Peak along with plenty of natural light throughout the day.

    Outdoor seating area
    Beautiful mountain surroundings

    Inside, the comfortable living area includes:

    The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, blackout blinds, and a standard-sized window bringing in natural light and mountain atmosphere.

    The living room sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for up to 4 guests total.

    Guests may enter through either the front glass entrance between Benjamin Moore and Design Blinds or through the green side entrance of the building. Both entrances lead into a secure shared hallway before heading upstairs to the apartment’s private smart-lock entrance.

    The apartment is located above a small commercial area with local businesses below. Due to the newly rebuilt construction and excellent sound insulation, the apartment itself remains quiet and comfortable.

    As with many downtown mixed-use buildings, there may occasionally be light daytime activity heard in the shared hallway between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, though this is typically minimal.

    We also host neighboring suites within the building, including a brand-new 3-bedroom apartment located on the same upper level and accessed from the same secure hallway. This setup is ideal for family gatherings, weddings, retreats, or group trips wanting nearby private accommodations.

    Access to the apartment requires one flight of interior stairs.

    The apartment faces the railway side of Canmore, and trains do pass through the valley periodically. With the balcony door and windows closed, the interior space remains quiet and comfortable thanks to the newly rebuilt construction and modern insulation.

    No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the deck.

    No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighbourhood. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.

    No Theft or Removal of Items: All items in the unit are the property of the host. Please refrain from taking any belongings or moving items from the property. Any missing or damaged items will be charged.

    No Pets: To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed in the unit.

    Maximum Occupancy: The unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, as per fire code. Please do not exceed this limit.

    Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the neighbours and other guests in the area.
