Apartment located in a residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the city center. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Le Suquet with its Marché Forville, as well as the port with its typical cafés and restaurants. The Palais des Festivals is a 15-minute walk away, as are the La Croisette, the shopping streets, and the train station. Also nearby is the Carré d’Or, a well-known area for its venues and nightlife. Just a few steps away, you can access Plage du Midi. For added convenience, bus stops are located close to the residence, making it easy to get around. Ideal for leisure or business stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
