Entertaining views, great location!

It was a fantastic two weeks in Antibes. The super walkable location, local restaurants, short walk to the train station made the whole trip easier and comfortable. The management team was very responsive and helpful with their household guide and checking in to see if we needed anything.

Antibes is the best

We love Antibes more than any place in France, and honestly, Europe. This was our 4th time to Antibes. We have always rented an apartment or house because we love the space and we love to have a kitchen to prepare fabulous dinners after gathering food from the Marche Provençal and the boulangerie. And of course, wine from the best wine shop, L’Empereur. These places are a minute walking distance from Maison Baieta! The house is beautifully equipped and perfectly situated. When we were at the Maison, we spent our time on the deck overlooking the sea. Just amazing. Our only regret is not staying longer. There is so much to do and see in Antibes and along the Cotes d’Azur. And staying in one place is relaxing. Jan, the manager is the kindest and hard working to make your stay flawless. He answered q’s thru Whats App promptly. We will be back, but we will stay longer next time!

Wonderful Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Maison Baieta It has been beautifully updated and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, great laundry area, and the stunning upper level lounge/patio can't be beat. Welcome basket from the hosts was such a nice bonus. The location right in old town, minutes to the market, shops, marina, beach, left us completely charmed by Antibes. The apartment does have many steps - just keep in mind whether or not that's a good fit for your group. Also, if renting a car, there is no parking directly next to the home, but hosts offer a parking spot approximately 10 min walk, through the old town to the marina. Again, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when returning to beautiful Antibes.

Fabulous Property

Maison Baieta is a simply fabulous property on the ramparts of the old town of Antibes. The views from the terrace, lounge and one of the bedrooms over the sea are stunning and the terrace provides complete privacy which is unusual in the area. The house is very well appointed with everything you could want. It is scrupulously clean too. Perfectly located to enjoy all the Antibes can offer. Henri was an excellent host making check in and check out very easy.

Perfect place in Old Town Antibes!

Family reunion in Old Town. The unit had beautiful views of the Mediterranean, with no obstructions. Just a few steps to the pedestrian way along the city walls that stretch along the waters edge. Unit had 5 bathrooms which was perfect. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Beautiful patio with a hot tub and a grill. Living room had a nice view and was big enough. Very near, (just steps) from the fresh market and numerous restaurants yet a very quiet location.

Ladies Getaway

Maison Baieta is everything that was described and more. The deck and views are breathtaking. The house is very clean and comfortable and stocked with a lot of great amenities and kitchen supplies. The hot tub is an extra special treat.

A true gem in the heart of old Antibes.

A superb apartment, ideally and superbly located. Maison Baita is a true gem. We enjoyed our stay and we will rent it again in a heart beat if we are in the area again. We truly appreciated many of the details that made a difference including the beach towels in each room and above all, the parking card! The apartment is in the pedestrian heart of Old Antibes and having a parking access made it really stress free. Paula, our concierge is both warm and very effective. We are a very picky french family and i could not recommend Maison Baita enough. It is a very comfortable vacation home for 6 people. And the location cannot be beaten. Special mention to the terrasse with its incredible sea view.

Wonderful property with fabulous views

We were three couples celebrating a special Birthday. The property was perfect. Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect. The property was incredibly comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked too.

Magical Spot on the Riviera!

Our party of 4 couldn’t have been more delighted with this 3 bedroom apartment. While located in the old-town of Antibes steps away from the charming covered daily food market, the exterior belied the modern coziness inside, filled with light and modern, high-end design and appliances. The pièce de résistance, though, is the outdoor terrace overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea! We spent every moment possible there and watched the sun pop over the horizon each morning. Simply breathtaking! After seeing spending time at several other spots throughout the Riviera, we were so pleased that we had chosen this location for our brief sojourn in the region. Ivan, the majordomo, warmly welcomed us, showing us all the tricks of the space and acclimated us to the town. Rarely do we ever proclaim our desire to return to one particular place in the world, but this pied à terre on the edge of the Med has left us longing to return.
