This charming apartment is located on the first floor of Residenza "Il Gabbiano." It was completely renovated and tastefully furnished in June 2019 and is located on Cannobio's enchanting lakefront.

The apartment's privileged location offers romantic panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombardy and Swiss shores.

The apartment is 55 square meters and comprises:

- a bright living room and dining room with satellite TV
- large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view
- a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and freezer
- a double bedroom with a lake view
- a small bedroom with a single bed (perfect for a child or teenager or as an extra bed for an adult)
- a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub/shower

A set of high-quality towels is available upon request (€9.00 per person).

There are several free public parking lots nearby, or you can rent one of our private covered garages located 100 meters from the property. Payment options:
