“This was a great vacation. We were able to access a large section of the river.”

“This was a beautifully appointed and finished property. It was so new that some things still needed to be finished to make it perfect. The kitchen drawer pulls and cabinet door handles weren't installed which made it difficult to open the drawers. There was a record snowfall while we were there which was absolutely gorgeous. The location is primo. Would for sure stay there again. The host Paula, was very responsive and helpful.”

“We stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary and honeymoon. It was beautiful, the interior design is really on point. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio. We felt pampered and secluded. Taking a few cans of Oxygen helped us with the altitude, especially at night. The property description could be more helpful by mentioning that the entry is a walk up a fairly steep upgrade, not suitable for people with ambulatory issues or handicaps. We (in our 50s) worried about falling when carrying up our bags...

“We just got home yesterday from our Colorado Christmas vacation. All in all, we give the cabin a 4 out of 5. So that’s pretty good. If we could change anything, we would put Firesticks on all TVs for easier use. (Some didn’t even work). The faucets in the bathrooms need replaced, they aren’t efficient for the set up at all. Our grill didn’t have a propane tank that was filled and I feel that the smallest gesture could have been attended to, especially after contacting the owner and they tell us...

“Very nice, comfortable, and clean property. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Manitou Ave. The driveway was a nice extra since parking can be a little difficult in Manitou Springs. We had a minor problem with the pull out sofa, but it was address quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We were very happy with our stay and would revisit this property in the future.”

“From this home to the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway station is only three uphill blocks. We enjoyed this attraction in the morning followed by an easy hike at Garden of the Gods in the afternoon. After several days of eating in restaurants over graduation/Mothers Day weekend, we were happy to cook our own meals. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed.”

“This was perfect for our weekend. We flew in for a wedding and wanted to enjoy the mountains. Having things like an ironing board, hair dryer and make-up mirror were essential! We loved the king sized bed and lounging on the comfy couches. This is a quiet neighborhood so we slept well. Trails are just around the corner and we could ride our gravel bikes from the house.”

“Super cute and peaceful cabin. We had 7 1/2 inches snow on the first day (the locals later told us that it always snows on Mother's Day). We came to the area to hike the Manitou Incline. Wish we had been able to do more hiking but the trails were pretty wet from the snow, sleet, rain and hail we had during the week. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within driving distance. We plan on returning to explore this area again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We are considering having our kids and their spouses join us for a weekend and renting this great location again. The house is well equipped, everything you might need is there. The living space is huge. The bedrooms are perfect for sleeping. We will be back!”

“We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!”
