“Hotel staff was really friendly! The owner was really friendly and personable. His son was courteous as well. I asked for extra towels and they were accommodating! The room had some new elements. It wasn’t necessarily national chain quality but truly it was nice. It’s a budget price motel but it’s not run down or sketchy. The towels were nice and there were plenty of nice pillows which helps! You could tell that the owner takes pride in his property. We appreciate a budget motel that’s clean...

“Really not much to like unless you like cheap. Had to pay extra at check in for a third adult 🤔.Requested non smoking and room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. Dingy linens and towels. One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. No offer for housekeeping. We had to RETURN THE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE WE COULD GET MORE????? The shower and tub weren't...

“We’ve stated in this hotel for three years in a row. We loved it, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and it has indoor pool. Also we love the continental breakfast. The only negative is that you have to pay $12 for parking”

“I was charged a $50 deposit upon arrival that I didn’t get back. There were boxes of furniture propped up against the wall in the room. Approximately 10 channels on tv. The halls reeked of marijuana. There were people standing around, hanging out in the parking lot.”

“The facilities are adequate, and the prices are very affordable when paying through Expedia, but when paying directly at the hotel, the price is almost double the room rate. They need a little cleaning in the hallways and room maintenance when guests stay for several days. “We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....
