The home was built in 1952 and still has its small country charm. Central heat and ac throughout the home for your comfort. It was recently renovated and is ready to host your family through your vacation.

There are three bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 people. The first room has a queen size bed, second room has a double bed, and the third room has a set of bunk beds. There is also a roll away bed located in the laundry room that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements. The large room with bunk beds is stocked with activities for children. There is a basketball hoop game, arcade table, and a variety of board games and toys for children to play with.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub and shower combo. First aid kit is located under the bathroom sink.

The kitchen/kitchenette is designed for travelers who enjoy being able to cook a meal after a day at the beach. Note that that stove top is gas and cooks differently than an electric stove does. There are additional appliances along with the basic refrigerator, stove, and microwave such as a crock pot, air fryer, and convection oven.

Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, additional storage, and cleaning supplies. There are also some beach chairs and toys available for your use as well.

The home has both front and back covered porches for your enjoyment. Small charcoal grill located on the back porch as well. Please not the back yard is not fully fenced in.
