Set high above the Catalan landscape, Villa el Mirador lives up to its name with mesmerising views that stretch from the glinting Mediterranean to countryside hills. Designed with striking architectural lines and walls of glass, this four-bedroom villa invites the scenery indoors at every turn. Step through the main entrance into a bright, open-plan living space where soft-toned furnishings, a bespoke wooden breakfast bar and sky-high ceilings create a warm, contemporary ambience. The adjacent kitchen is sleek and fully equipped, opening directly to the dining terrace, where meals are accompanied by a show-stopping panorama.


On the lower level, four light-filled bedrooms open out onto a wide balcony overlooking the hills. The master suite boasts a private ensuite and calming palette, while the other rooms offer thoughtful flexibility for families or groups. Two additional bathrooms are available, one upstairs and the other downstairs.
Moving down from the terrace, the pool area feels like a private lookout, with an eight-metre pool, wooden decking and shaded spots for snoozing or sipping something cold. Framed by wild Mediterranean flora, the garden brings the surrounding Garraf hills right to your door. What's more, all of this is just twenty minutes from Sitges and thirty-minutes from Barcelona Airport!

Perched on a ridge in the Garraf hills, Villa el Mirador enjoys a privileged position within a peaceful residential enclave, just a short drive from lively towns and unspoilt nature. Local amenities are just five minutes away by car, including a popular Sunday market, cafés, shops and riding stables. The surrounding countryside is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with scenic trails weaving right from the doorstep.


For beach days and evening cocktails, the cosmopolitan buzz of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú is only twenty-minutes away. Both towns offer a fantastic mix of sandy beaches, waterfront dining, boutique shopping and culture. Day trips to Barcelona are easy too, with the airport just thirty-minutes away and the city centre within reach for Gaudí architecture, tapas bars and historic streets. If you don't feel like driving into the city, taxis are available to book, or you could drive into one of the surrounding towns and catch the train in!

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

Please note that is guests wish to use the electric vehicle charger, this is available on request, and at an additional charge of €50 per week (payable locally). Please request this during the booking process.
