Two-storey terraced house located in a quiet residence with a shared garden and swimming pool. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lovely patio, and a service bathroom. The first floor features two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower (curtains). One uncovered parking space is included. Beach distance 550 m. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Pets are not allowed.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor, and colors may vary)
