POR LA TARDE PODRÁS DAR UN RELAJANTE PASEO JUNTO AL MAR, UN PASEO ALCANZANDO LA BRISA DEL MAR. - la unidad tiene capacidad para 6 personas. compuesto por 2 habitaciones dobles y un sofá cama muy cómodo (2 personas), cocina totalmente equipada - 1 baño con ducha, - 1 ducha exterior muy útil cuando se llega desde el mar - La terraza con vistas al jardín está equipada con mesa y sillas. Con un medio de transporte (el metro conecta la ciudad de Palermo y el aeropuerto Falcone Borsellino) es posible llegar en pocos minutos a la ciudad de Palermo donde se puede visitar la cantidad y calidad de las joyas que posee porque en el pasado La ciudad tenía la ventaja de ser multiétnica y multirracial. A una hora (80 km) en coche siguiendo las indicaciones hacia Messina, se puede visitar la encantadora Cefalú y el santuario de Gibilmanna. En dirección opuesta, hacia Trapani, se pueden contemplar las ruinas de Segesta y Selinunte.

La perfetta abitazione per godersi Capaci

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bell'appartamento per 1 mese (precisamente due settimane io e il mio fidanzato e due i miei suoceri). L'abitazione è esattamente come in foto, pulitissima e molto accessoriata. Vicinissima al mare e a due passi dal centro. I proprietari super disponibili, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra domanda, richiesta o a darci preziosi consigli. STRA CONSIGLIATA!

Notre séjour à Carpaci

Ces personnes sont tellement gentilles.La maison est très très propre, tout confort. Près des services également et 25 minutes de Palermo et 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Frederica et sa mère tout fait pour nous rendre notre décallage horaire plus facile. Il y'a tout et à proximité de la plage. Merci merci gracie mille !!! Vraiment un gros merci à la famille, nous avons apprécié leur présence, nous allons vous référer d'autres canadiens. Nous nous sentions en sécurité avec leur présence.

Russians tourist about this villa

In this villa, me and my daughter had a wonderful two weeks holidays. In Mediterranean style, white with brown wooden shutters, decorated graceful ceramic panels. Spacious terrace fringed by trees Fig. The interior is stylish and at the same time, incredibly comfortable. All communications are made on modern technologies. For stay at villa has everything that guests might need, and in more than enough quantities. A huge amount of different flowers that decorate the terrace and patio, complement the style of the villa. Location of the house is nice. To the sea, they say the Russians, you can "reach by hand". And a walk in the town center less than 10 minutes. But, if on the way you to look at one of the many gelateria, the walk may take a while. In three steps from the house is pizzeria serves the best pizza in the world, believe me. The owners of the house, Senor Enzo and his charming wife Senora Rosaria, always provide any assistance from touring the island to the functions of 911, within a few minutes arrived at the request of the guests, accidentally left the keys inside. Logement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et très agréable. Douche extérieure parfaite au retour de la plage. Propriétaires charmants. Environnement un peu bruyant (route). Accès très pratique à une plage jolie et non payante. Capaci est un bon point d'attache si on veut s'éloigner des sites touristiques et visiter l'ouest de la Sicile de Cefalu à Trapani.

"The house in Capaci whic...

"The house in Capaci which is an interesting smallish very Italian working town between Palermo airport and Palermo itself. Its a local resort which is like an old fashioned seaside place with hundreds of beach huts, being madly repaired for the coming(hopefully busy) season. The owners wife and daughter very kindly collected us from the airport and took us to the large local supermarket(Poseidon!)and showed us where thje beach was etc The house is secured well by locked gates and there are steps up from the path. Inside we noticed that there are yet to be doors replaced to the bathroom and second bedroom which are coming! This was ok for us but a family would find it difficult. The house was cleanly presented and had all the usual modest facilities as this is a cheapish house to rent so we were very happy with what was there which all worked fine. As the owner is busy finishing the conversion of other half of the house it would be a good idea apart from the spacious but rather closed in terrace to have access to the large garden which is entirely given over to the chickens at present, good eggs though! As Sicily is suffering the economic crisis badly the surrounding area is untidy and the rubbish piles uncollected mostly. This may improve as the season progresses. The house is fairly close to the Autostada to Palermo and the noise is apparent in rush hour. The walk to the beach down the rather messy road takes about 5 minutes.On the way you pass a very ramshackle place which turned out to be a very good pizzeria. Like alot of places slighlty passed their best just waiting for the good times to return. The owner his wife and family were extremely kind and helpfull and greatly contributed to our stay and happiness there. We found the local also really friendly, all the shops were good and chatty too in all sorts of languages! It felt like a holiday from the past and being English kind of special in a foreign place. A slightly Fellini film with all the funny characters. We loved the local bar in the town near the church end who would bring us bits of food to try. After a day or so we found that Capaci has very good transports link, buses and A train station and we went travelling round the rest of the island. Specially Cefalu* and right on round to Taormina near Etna. Wonderfull resorts all with good hotels modestly priced if you look about. A good base to explore from and a beach to relax and be happy!"

"Avoir trouvé un tel endroit stratégique pour bien visiter le N-W de la Sicile, fut une belle surprise! Le logement est spacieux, très propre, très calme et pas éloigné des magasins de premières nécessités. La présence d''un jardin où une quinzaine de poules vivent en liberté, est un plus; nous avons apprécié les oeufs frais journaliers! Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, pleins d''attention et très discrets. Nous avons passé une semaine très active pour les visites touristiques et très reposante grâce au calme de la maison et à la proximité des plages de sable fin. Grazie Rosaria e Enzo. Mr Alain B. "Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances dans cette maison à Capaci. La description et les photos étaient conformes aux indications mentionnées sur le site. La maison et la terrasse étaient propres, les draps et les serviettes neufs. La location est idéalement située près de la plage (sable) et non loin des bars, restaurants ... à peine 3 minutes à pied. Je recommande cette location qui est idéale pour visiter Palerme et ses environs ainsi que les plus belles villes de Sicile. Il y a une cour où l''on peut garer la voiture si besoin : ce qui est très utile car les stationnements aux alentours sont payants. Le propriétaire, Enzo est très serviable, disponibles, à l''écoute : un vrai bonheur. Je remercie également sa famille et sa belle mère pour leur accueil, leur bonne humeur et sympathie tout au long du séjour. Si nous devons retourner en Sicile c''est le lieu dans lequel nous retournerions sans aucune hésitation!!! Estelle & Mickaël "

"We stayed one week at En...

"We stayed one week at Enzo and his wife house in Capaci. It was a wonderful stay, the house had everything you needed, and a lot of space. The balcony is roomy, and we enjoyed relaxing after the beach, late snack and breakfast there every day. The beach is only 5 minuts away, and is great for kids. 10 minutes away you have a small "supermarked" and you can by everything you need to eat. Enzo and his wife picked us up at the airport and drove us there when we were going home, super nice couple:)Very helpfull and friendly. Would recomend the place for everyone, and perfect with kids. Hope to come back to visit again soon. Thank you for super week, we loved it!"

"We had another fantastic...

"We had another fantastic holiday here in Capaci thanks to the great hospitality of Enzo and his wife. It''s the second time we''ve stayed here and found the villa perfect, very clean and with all the amenities needed for a family holiday. The 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and local bars and restaurants as well as the direct access to the motorway to reach Palermo is a great advantage. We will certainly be back again."

"This is a very interesting place to stay as it is not a typical tourist area. The beach is close, with a spectacular mountainous backdrop and lots of fun. It was a bit noisy whilst we were staying because the European Football cup was on but the supporters and fireworks added to the atmosphere. A chance to experience real Sicilian life. The villa is comfortable and well equipped and Enzo and his wife are very considerate and generous hosts. If you want a base to explore NW Sicily by car this is an excellent spot"

"This was our first famil...

"This was our first family holiday to Sicily for myself,husband and our 4 children aged 10,7,5 and 9 months and we are so glad we picked this house to stay in. The house and garden is beautiful and perfect for a family with young children,the beach is just at the end of the road and is perfect for children as its has golden sand and clear blue sea and not a pebble in sight! My children loved spending everyday at the beach. The town of Capaci is about about a 10-15 mins walk and has local shops and is very nice,and its about a 20 mins bus ride/drive in to Palermo which is just amazing with all its shops and beautiful buildings. Enzo and his wife are two of the nicest people you could ever meet,from the time we arrived (at almost 11pm) at the house they were there for any worries or needs we had. There are such kind and helpful people and really made our holiday and stay at the house really wonderful. Enzo showed us around the city of Palermo and took my husband round the town of Capaci and to the shops to show him where everything was. My children also loved the garden at Enzo''s house as there are chickens there and lemon trees and roses,all of which enzo and his wife shared with my children by giving them eggs from the chickens,lemons and roses. My children said this was the best holiday ever and they love Enzo! All in all this holiday was amazing and Enzo really made our stay at the house a fantastic time. We would love to go back to Sicily one day for another family holiday and when we do i will definitely be hoping to stay in one of Enzo''s houses again and for any family and friends planning a holiday to Sicily i will happily recommend this house to them!"

"Tutto era perfetto e abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa. La casa è molto bella e confortevole. Quartiere molto tranquillo e abbiamo fatto delle camminate meravigliose e tranquille sul marciapiede del lungomare di Capaci. L'appartamento è ben posizionato in una zona molto strategica posto allo svincolo autostradale IDONEI per visitare città e luoghi belli della Sicilia. Proprio l'ideale per coloro che vogliono avere una vacanza rilassante e nel frattempo la visita di luoghi di cultura. Non posso esprimere che un ottimo giudizio. "

"Siamo stati davvero sodd...

"Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti per tutto. L'appartamento è pulito e fresco. Il signor enzo è stato molto ospitale. Consigliamo questo appartamento per una bella vacanza in Sicilia. "La sistemazione della casa risulta particolarmente piacevole e comoda per la vicinanza al mare e a tutto quello che può offrire una località come Capaci."

"Ci siamo trovati molto b...

"Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per il posto sia per l'alloggio. "Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno presso questa casa vacanza, sia per le caratteristiche della struttura, molto pulita, tenuta in ottime condizioni,tranquilla, vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada e in posizione strategica per visitare siti archeologici, luoghi di grande interesse culturale e belle spiagge, che per la squisita disponibilità del proprietario Enzo,che ha reso il gradevole soggiorno ancor più comodo e lieto." Dimenticavo i fichi erano buonissimi."
