“The hotel was nice overall, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. The location was not ideal, as we needed to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, the tours we booked were able to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was convenient.
The concierge was not always at the front desk, and at one point we found him sleeping on one of the sofas in the lobby, which we found quite unprofessional.
Breakfast was good, and the patio has a beautiful view....

“A very authentic Cappadocia experience. The staff was wonderful—always friendly, responsive and helpful, even arranging transportation for us when we needed it. Just one tip for future guests: pack light! Because it’s a true cave hotel, there are quite a few stairs, so large suitcases can be difficult to manage. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.”
