The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a second apartment on the first-floor. The owners occupy the upstairs apartment, but guests are given complete privacy.

Outside, on a large, well-kept and fenced lawn, guests can take a dip in the outdoor, private pool (unheated), enjoy a round of table tennis, snooze under the shadows of trees or enjoy open-air dining and BBQ evenings!

The holiday rental is air-conditioned and centrally heated for comfy year-round stays. There is a sunlit living-cum-veranda with sofa seating and direct access to the private garden. The kitchen has a cosy fireplace and dining as well as everything you would need to enjoy a carefree holiday: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and Mokka coffee machine are available.

Private parking (extra charge), free Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available for added convenience. The retreat welcomes guests of all ages, as well as your furry little friends.

The favourable location of the house offers numerous tourist attractions within driving distance: Lucca, with its beautiful city walls on which you can take pleasant walks or bicycle rides, is 20 minutes; Pisa is 50 minutes; Viareggio, with its long, golden, fine sandy beaches, where the sea slopes gently and where you can enjoy a lively promenade dotted with high-fashion shops and restaurants is 1 hour; Pietrasanta, famous for its art galleries is 70 minutes; Pistoia is 50 minutes; Florence is 60 minutes, are just some of the many opportunities the area offers to spend an unforgettable holiday in beautiful Tuscany. This apartment is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse that has been divided into two sections. The owners live in the other part and share only the entrance gate with the guest; everything else is for the guest\'s exclusive use during their stay.
