Il Podere is a gorgeous rental villa that has been completely renovated according to the highest standards but at the same time maintaining the Tuscan tradition.
It is located on the hills at south of Lucca in a beautiful valley with a view over the local village and Lucca, inside a beautiful private estate that can be reached by a short graveled road from the small village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

Il Podere is a gorgeous rental villa that has been completely renovated according to the highest standards but at the same time maintaining the Tuscan tradition.
It is located on the hills at south of Lucca in a beautiful valley with a view over the local village and Lucca, inside a beautiful private estate that can be reached by a short graveled road from the small village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

It is a very private spot enjoying one of the most wonderful panorama of the valley where is located the local village and the town of Lucca which is few minutes away.
This farmhouse is fully air-conditioned, it has 4 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 people.

Outdoor the rental villa features a covered patio where you can rest and relax while drinking a good glass of wine. The patio is located nearby the bar, the kitchen and the pizza oven. From here you can enjoy the panorama of the valley.
Furthermore there is a private swimming pool, (12 x 6 meters); just beside the house and at the back of the house, in an elevated location, there is a hot tub outdoors Jacuzzi whirlpool.
On the ground floor you will find: the entrance hall, the kitchen/dining room, the living room/TV room, the library and one bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, Turkish bath and chromo-therapy.
On the first floor, there are other 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, the second one with twin beds (that can be joined to get a king size bed) with en-suite bathroom with elegant tub and the third bedroom with twin beds (that can be joined to get a king size bed) and en-suite shower room.
All the bedrooms on the first floor have great view of the valley.

Very good paved road leads up to the villa, less the last 300 meters of dirt road, which is well maintained and easy to drive.
The villa is the perfect place for people who desire to relax in absolute privacy, enjoying from every corner of the property the most beautiful views.

Located in central Italy, extended from the Apennines to the Tyrrhenian Sea, Tuscany is the undisputed protagonist in the world tourism scene. The landscapes, the artistic heritage and the important cities, first of all Florence, make this region unique in the world.
In this region the nature has many different faces, starting from the coast that alternates long and sandy beaches, with rocky cliffs.
Views of unspoiled nature can be admired anywhere, especially in the countryside.
And then, medieval villages, towns full of history, castles and charming abbeys.
There are also numerous wellness sources: Montecatini, Saturnia, Montepulciano, etc., which, thanks to the thermal waters and centers equipped for all types of treatment, offer relaxing holidays.

The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports

Security deposit refundalbe:
Euro 1.000 to be paid- in euro cash- upon arrival – to be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.

Electricity included per week 300 KW over this consumption the cost will be Euros 0,50/KW
Heating charged upon consumption
Pets might be accepted upon request

Extra maid service Euro 18 per hour (every Saturday is performed cleaning service, for clients who will stay 2 weeks or more this service will be performed with any additional charge)
