Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal, man erreicht viele sehenswerte Orte. Tolle Strände haben wir in 1h erreicht. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da und waren sehr willkommen.

Many thanks for letting us stay in your nice and cozy house. Well equipped and with a beautiful view. We had a nice BBQ and did some amazing trips to the sorrounding villages and cities.We loved Siena and of course the famous tower of Pisa.

We had a lovely week staying at Casa Max. The house was wonderfully peaceful, and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Massimo, the owner was so helpful and communicative. We arrived later than planned and he very kindly waited for us to arrive to give us the keys. We loved the outdoor terrace and swimming pool, and the views were just beautiful. The house is obviously very well taken care of and has everything you might need. Thank you Massimo for a great week in your lovely home. We very much hope to return one day!

We had a lovely time! The house was ideal for the six of us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the location, very quiet and peaceful, but near enough to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre, Montecatini, etc and the beach. The owners are very welcoming and left us cakes and drink, thank you. We will always remember our time at Casa Max.

Thank you for the amazing stay at your house. We have had a great week full of relaxing besides the pool, exploring the area and enjoying the lovely Italian food. We also loved the Piaggio Museo. What a beautiful house in a great area. We love the decoration and the facilities. The house is fully equipped. We could see you’re paying a lot of attention to this. Thank you so much! It was a hot week, so we are also grateful for the airconditioned in the bedrooms. Casa Max is a great place to stay and to see Tuscany. After sight-seeing, our kids enjoyed the pool. We had a nice holiday week.

We have been here in Casa Max for a week with the whole family including one baby child. The house was comfortable for everyone including the little boy (1 year old). He could crawl every minute in the house and around the pool. In this week we had beautiful weather, so the airconditioning did its job in the evening. We have no comments on the house and all the facilities in it. Everything was well done and complete for us. We have done nice things in the neighboorhood. The week was past before we knew it, too short. Maybe when we are in the area, we'll come back!

Of course no trip would be complete without a visit to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was as impressive as we imagined. A day trip to San Gimignano was also on our itinerary, and did not disappoint. The medieval towers and picturesque views were simply breathtaking and added a special touch to our Tuscan adventure. We also took the time to stroll through the neighbourhood, which offered great views and was worth the walk. The pool was a highlight for us, providing a perfect way to cool off after a long day. Thank you for providing such a lovely retreat. We had an unforgettable stay!

We arrived in very bad weather, heavy rains and a lot of wind. The owner, his wife and a woman who spoke English were there. We were welcomed with cookies and pantelleria liquor! Fortunately, the weather got better and we enjoyed the 20°C the next days. We went to Lucca to cycle on the mura, to Firenze to climb the campanile, to Villa Reale, to Cinque Terre, to Pisa and we enjoyed walks in the neighbourhood. Such beautiful plants and flowers. All the acacia trees in blossom! We saw a "hop" and a blue "rotslijster": these birds were never seen by us before. And the beautiful views from the village on top of the hill! We enjoyed the warm atmosphere of this casa. It is clean and everything you need is there! Thank you for having us here, we hope the casa may welcome lots and lots more happy guests!

Tolles Haus, super Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet.

Abwicklung mit der Organisation ear hervorragend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Trotz erheblicher Flugverspätung klappte der Check In reibungslos. Tolles Haus. 3 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, 2 sehr saubere Bäder, ein Wohnbereich und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Beschreibung passt perfekt. Aufenthalt am Pool und im Garten waren sehr entspannend. Auch der Check Out klappte hervorragend. Unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten Toskana Urlaub machen möchte.

Au calme dans un petit village, à l’abri de la foule, la maison est parfaitement rénovée et très bien equipee Très jolie vue de la terrasse. Piscine très appréciée Joli jardin Elle est de plus située au coeur des sites à visiter 20 min de lucca, 40 min de pise ou de la plage et 1 h de Florence Les propriétaires sont charmants

"Casa Max" ist nicht ganz zutreffend als Name: "Palazzo Max" wäre passender. Der Empfang durch Maximo und seine Frau, die Herzlichkeit, die sehr leckern Wilkommenskekse und die zweitägige Anfahrt sofort vergessen. Wir lebten hier wie die Adeligen, leider nur eine Woche! Das Haus, die Aussicht, die Grillen, der Garten, der Pool, das Ital. Essen: aAlles perfekt! Die Medicis waren nicht besser untergebracht! "Casa Max" non è del tutto vero come nome: "Palazzo Max" sarebbe più adatto. L'accoglienza di Maximo e sua moglie, la cordialità, i biscotti di benvenuto molto gustosi , dimentichiamo subito il viaggio di due giorni. Vivevamo qui come nobili, purtroppo solo una settimana! La casa, la vista, i grilli, il giardino, la piscina, il cibo italiano: tutto perfetto! Le Madicis non sono state meglio accolte! Spero che Iberico non ha speso nessuna sciocchezza.

Dear owners of Casa Max, thank you for allowing us to create wonderful memories in your beautiful house. The welcome was very warm with icecream, a big plate of cookies and cold beer and wine for my wife and myself! The house is beautiful in every aspect. So is the garden with the lovely swimmingpool. The evenings on the balcony we enjoyed very much, with a stunning panoramic view. Thank you again for everything. Great experience!

Highly recommend this property for your stay near Lucca. The owners are the nicest people and really take care of the property great view from outdoor dining area and nice safe parking. Nice neighborhood and even has s vegetable truck come by on Wednesday and unlimited fresh spring water just down the road a bit. Loved it all!
