La casa esta genial .Muy comoda para personas en sillas de ruedas, bien ubicada para visitar la toscana,Florencia, Siena. Pizza Lucca.... El tener una piscina es muy de agradecer sobretodo cuando hace calor.La decoracion me recordaba a la tipica pelucula en la que los acontecimientos transcurren en un ligar de la toscna.No le dodemos poner ningun pero a la casa.Altamente recomendable su alquiler Annibale fue desde el principo muy smsnke y atento

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights. Met by Annibale and his wife who quickly replied to any questions we had. During the week. Check-in was straightforward. Villa was spotless. The villa was very spacious, outside the garden was very big and our dog enjoyed chasing her Frisbee . We even got some freshly laid eggs from the next door neighbour. Overall highly recommend the villa.

Our family of 6 LOVED this home. Annibale and his wife Cristina greeted us with a bottle of Italian wine, the keys and showed us around upon arrival. There is even a detailed binder of things to go to around the area. Great communication and he even made a reservation for us when we asked since we don’t speak good Italian. We were able to make great food and used the charcoal grill at the house. The kids loved the pool even during the colder weather. They loved to be outside and roam around within the safety of the gated yard. (Just if you have younger kids the pool is open space). So much space inside for 4 kids to relax and a private master suite for parents. So many places to sit and to enjoy outside with a beautiful view. Only thing during the week there are loud work trucks going by but nothing big of a deal! Overall wonderful experience! We will go back if we can!

The villa is well located with a few shops and restaurants nearby. It is well furnished, the swimming-pool is great and the garden is huge. We will definitely come back if we can and we highly recommend the place to anyone interested. Thanks a lot Cristina und Annibal for this lovely stay!!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, ein Kind (10) und ein Hund. Das Haus war sauber und top ausgestattet. Alle technischen Geräte (vor allem die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum) haben perfekt funktioniert. Der Außenbereich ist der Wahnsinn! Ein großer Pool, Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten im Schatten und ganz viel Platz für Kind und Hund zum toben. Ein ganz großer Vorteil hierbei ist, dass das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist und man keine Angst haben muss, dass der Hund oder das Kind verloren geht :-) Die Gastgeber haben jeden Morgen den Pool gereinigt, den Grill sauber gemacht und waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns z.B. auch ein Taxi für die Fahrt an den Flughafen gebucht. In 5 Minuten ist man beim nächsten Supermarkt (Essalungo). Dieser bietet eine tolle Auswahl und ist schön eingerichtet. Da wir uns keine Ausflüge gemacht haben (es war viel zu heiß) kann ich leider nichts zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten oder dem Strand in der Umgebung erzählen. Hierfür ist aber von den Gastgebern bereits ein Ordner vor Ort hinterlegt, in dem man alle Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, usw. findet und sich dann das beste aussuchen kann. Rundum ein ganz toller Urlaub ohne wirklichen Kritikpunkt. Das einzige sind vielleicht die Stühle am Esstisch im Außenbereich. Diese sind nicht so ganz bequem, aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ganz lieben Dank an Cristina und Annibal für diesen tollen Urlaub!! Wir empfehlen euch jederzeit weiter!! We visited with our 4 kids, aged 10,12,16 and 21. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, with a few shops and restaurants nearby. The villa is amazing. Huge indoor space. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The garden is massive, and completely enclosed, with stunning views of the mountains. Outdoor dinning area is lovely. The washing machine in the outside utility room was very useful. The swimming pool was nice and warm, it is a constant depth of 1.5 meters, so all my kids were on their depth ensuring safety. The owner Annibale was very friendly and helpful. He lives opposite, so is always available to help. He cleaned the pool and outdoor space early every morning. The city of Lucca is a 10 minute drive away. There are several supermarkets there. This is perfect location to explore the surrounding area. We had a great holiday Thanks Russ and Lorraine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man von einigen kleinen Mängel absieht, so überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke. Vor allem der riesige, schöne Garten mit Pool und die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum - unbedingt notwendig bei der Hitze. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.n

First, our hosts, Annibale and Cristina were lovely, and extremely helpful and communicative before booking and in the months leading up to our stay. Visiting for a wedding, upon arrival, they made appointments for our wives at a nearby hair salon! The one-floor villa is spacious, with two large, updated bathrooms, functional kitchen, tile floors, comfortable beds, lots of dresser and armoire space for clothes, and as advertised, is mostly handicap accessible (one step up). Oh, the air conditioning, something tough to find in Italy, is excellent! The grounds are large, attractive and well-kept, with grape arbors, a nice-sized, very clean pool and ample lounge chairs and seating areas. The off-road gravel parking area fits multiple cars, and is protected by a nifty remote-controlled gate with automatic lights. The villa is located in Marlia, a town mixed with homes, farms and commerce, only 12 minutes from Lucca's Porto Santa Maria. It is a great base for day trips to nearby towns and wineries. One nit-pick is the presence of high voltage power lines behind what is otherwise a beautiful yard.

We had a lovely holiday in the area near Lucca. We lived in a beautiful house with all comforts. There was a large, lovely garden with a pool, plenty of space for fun and relaxation. Wir hatten einen prima Aufenthalt im sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit großem und gepflegtem Garten. Auch wenn das Online-Inserat (womöglich durch die Übersetzung) an zwei Stellen etwas ungenau ist, fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die netten Besitzer sind engagiert und diskret.

Das Anwesen bietet auch großen Familien viel Platz und ist außerdem sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Im großzügigen Garten findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein sonniges Plätzchen, der Pool bietet eine angenehme Erfrischung nach Erkundungstouren in die nördliche Toskana. Besondere Erwähnung verdienen die in der Nähe wohnenden Gastgeber, die sich sehr diskret verhalten, aber bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle sind. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

De aankomst was heel relaxed. Geen gezeur over tijden, het huis was vrij dus wij waren welkom. En wat een gastvrij welkom. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het huis is heel compleet en het buitenverblijf is fantastisch. Heerlijk zwemmen en grillen. In de omgeving fijne restaurantjes. Ook daar word je door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Kortom mooi huis in een fijne omgeving, centraal Toscane.

A fabulous, family villa, spotlessly clean and great amenities. The garden is stunning, well manicured with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. We had great fun in the pool, cleaned daily by the hosts. Plenty of sun loungers and great shady areas if you seek respite from the sun. Our hosts, Annibale and his lovely wife were incredible, providing a friendly welcome and accommodating all of our needs. On hand and most helpful at all times. We are so grateful for their kindness and support. A short walk into Marlia village where you can find a wonderful patisserie selling delicious breads, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and coffee. On the main street there are Pizzerias, bars, gelaterias , supermarket, pharmacy and many more. Service always friendly and helpful. A good bus service into the stunning walled city of Lucca for €1.50 and where you can take the train to other destinations. A superb holiday!

We (two families with little kids) had a very nice time at this villa. The hosts were friendly and flexible when we had to adjust our plans and took care of some issues really fast. Communication was no problem. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, but the garden is very big so there was enough space to play outside. The villa is located very good, so it is easy to reach several different tourist destinations.

"Villa in Lucca" is een erg mooie en ruime villa. De tuin is zeer ruim en heeft een mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad. Het uitzicht op de heuvels achter het huis is mooi. De foto's op de website geven een goed beeld van alles. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en flexibel en geven een goede service. Alles is goed schoon en de voorzieningen in het huis zijn volledig (wasmachine, vaatwasser, bbq, gratis fietsen, enz.). Ook de kleine dingen, zoals vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel, zeep en shampoo zijn aanwezig.

Had a lovely week here. The house is beautifully kept, and the garden and pool area were immaculate. The local area has a little shop and a couple of pizza places of which we really liked Basilico. Easy to get to Lucca, and to use as a base for exploring Tuscany. My only suggestion would be for a fan in the bedrooms, as it did get a bit hot in there. Overall, we were really impressed

Es ist ein sehr lieber, familiärer Kontakt. Da kann man über minimale Kleinigkeiten absolut hinweg sehen. Das Ehepaar, denen die Villa gehört, ist aufmerksam und sehr nett. Der Garten ist vor allem mit Kindern wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir würden dort unseren Urlaub wieder verbringen. Er macht jeden Morgen den Pool sauber… Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder und hatten ausreichend Platz.

Très bel accueil des propriétaires. Villa très spacieuse ,avec air CO et toutes les commodités. Magnifique jardin avec barbecue et belle piscine. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Lucca, Pistoia et bien d'autres régions.. . La mer est à 25km Il y a un supermarché hyper intéressant 😊 Très belles vacances en famille 😊

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön. Alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer des Hauses bekommt man nur auf Wunsch zu Gesicht. Sie hegen und pflegen das Grundstück ganz Früh am Morgen (selbst mit "kleinen" Frühaufsteher hat man sie weder gehört noch gesehen. Der Pool und vor allem das Grundstück sind größer als es für uns auf den Bildern erahnen lies, sehr zur Freude unserer Kinder. Auch im Haus hatte es genügend Platz für zwei 4-Köpfige Familien. Die Badezimmer hatten ebenfalls eine schöne Größe und die Duschen sind mit rutschhemmenden Steinchen gefliest. Alles in Allem muss man sagen, sehr Familienfreundlich und sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In nur circa 10 Minuten ist man in Lucca. Auch ein Einkaufszentrum ist nicht weit. Das Meer (Bspw. Viareggio, hier ist der Strand: Maurizio sehr empfehlenswert) und auch die Stadt Pisa, erreicht man in etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde. Beim nächsten Mal Toskana, ist dieses Ferienhaus wieder unser Favorit. Danke nochmals für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Il cottage è davvero bello. Tutto ben tenuto e molto pulito. I proprietari della casa possono essere visti solo su richiesta. Amano e mantengono la proprietà molto presto la mattina (anche con "piccoli" mattinieri non sono stati né sentiti né visti. La piscina e soprattutto la proprietà sono più grandi di quanto ci suggerito nelle foto, per la gioia dei nostri bambini. Anche nella casa c'era abbastanza spazio per due famiglie di 4 persone. Anche i bagni erano di buone dimensioni e le docce sono piastrellate con pietre antiscivolo. Tutto sommato devi dire, casa per le vacanze molto adatta alle famiglie e molto bella. Anche la posizione è molto buona. In soli 10 minuti circa siete a Lucca. Anche un centro commerciale non è lontano. Il mare (es. Viareggio, ecco la spiaggia: Maurizio consigliatissima) e anche la città di Pisa, sono raggiungibili in poco più di mezz'ora. La prossima volta in Toscana, questa casa vacanze sarà di nuovo la nostra preferita. Grazie ancora per questo fantastico soggiorno.

Die Bilder des Inserats stimmen genau, wir hatten viel Platz, in der Küche alles, was wir brauchten und mit Annibale einen Gastgeber, der uns sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr angenehm betreut hat. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und alles war blitzeblank sauber. Der Pool samt Garten sind wunderschön, bestens geeignet zum Abtauchen, Chillen, Spielen, Essen und Trinken - sowohl für alle Zwei- als auch Vierbeiner:) Und die Location ist gut geeignet, um die Toscana kennenzulernen. So sind z. B. Pisa, Florenz, die Cinque Terre, der Strand von Marina di Vecchiano und die umliegenden Bergdörfer mit dem Auto gut erfahrbar. In der schönen Stadt Lucca ist man in 10 Minuten. Für das Auto steht ein großer Kieselplatz zur Verfügung, Zitronenbäume inklusive. Einen winzigen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Lage, weil das Haus direkt an einer gut befahrenen, hörbaren Straße liegt.
