Une superbe maison, très propre, Francesco, le propriétaire, est très gentil et il s'est fait discret pendant notre sejour. Un petit coin tranquille avec les poules et la nature!

5 Familienmitglieder mit unserer Hündin Lu durften einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Capannori verbringen! Der Vermieter begrüßte uns sehr herzlich. Danach zeigte er uns die im toscanischen Stil erbaute Villa. TRÄUME werden wahr! Viel Platz, elegant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Jedes Zimmer besitzt seinen eigenen Flair. Draussen konnten wir den beheizten und beleuchteten Pool für uns alleine beanspruchen! Aussendem ist die Villa von einem riesigen eingezäunten Land mit Olivenbäume umgeben. Zum Fußball spielen super geeignet! Unser Hund hat viel viel Auslauf genossen. Viel Natur und eine wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Olivenhaine! Unser Vermieter beschenkte uns mit seinen eigenen Eiern, Wein, Olivenöl! Der unsichtbare Engel war immer da, falls es Probleme geben sollte. Notwendig ist ein eigenes Auto für die Einkäufe, sowie Rastaurantbesuche oder Städtetouren zu haben. Im Umkreis von ca. 1, 5Std. Fahrzeit kann man Florenz, Pisa oder Strände erreichen. Wir haben diese Ferien sehr genossen! Vielen herzlichen Dank! 👍 Diese Traumvilla kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Höchstens eine Waschmaschine ist manchmal praktisch, aber dafür bietet der Vermieter einen Wäsche-Service an. Der Vermieter Francesco lebt mit Familie nebenan und steht bei Fragen rund um den Urlaub in der Toskana zur Verfügung und hilft wo er kann! Strand und Pisa sind in ca. 30-40 min. mit Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und ruhig. Der Pool ist schön groß und super um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Toller Urlaub, danke an Francesco!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevo la mamma in carrozzina ma nonostante il bagno sia un po' piccolo non ho avuto problemi. L'unico neo mancano le zanzariere che purtroppo in campagna sono necessarie causa numerosi insetti. Piscina top!!! Posizione ottima!!!

Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et bienveillance. Il a été très prévenant et s'est occupé d'assurer la maintenance de la piscine durant tout notre séjour. La maison est telle que décrite à part que les propriétaires logent dans l'appartement en dessous, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé. Ils sont discrets et on ne les entend pas. La maison est très bien placée à 20 minutes de Lucca, idéalement situé entre Pise et Florence. Pour découvrir la Toscane, c'était top! La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques, le lieu est propice à la détente. Un super séjour que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

We stayed a week at Villa Eden in July 2020. Francisco was a great host, starting from communications prior to our arrival and during our stay. The villa is a marvellous oasis away from the streets and the large pool is the jewel in the crown, and yet there is a lot to see as the house is not far away from Lucca, Pisa, Firenze and the sea, which all are nice destinations for a day trip. The house itself was very clean, cozy and in good condition, providing enough space for up to 6 people. We had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Eden. Thank you Francisco! Grazie mille!

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund 2 herrliche Wochen dort verbracht. Tolles Haus! Riesiges Grundstück! Sehr gute Ausstattung. Das empfehlen wir gerne weiter und kommen sicher auch noch mal dorthin.

We loved this property - it was perfect for our party - family plus grandparents. Lots of space to relax and 3 areas to eat. The pool was absolutely perfect for us - good size and salt water. Franco looks after it really well checking water quality daily. The villa is a short drive from Lucca and Franco has lots of great recommendations. He's around when you need him but does not intrude at all. We'll be returning :-)

Franco is a perfect host, without being too present, he is always available to answer our needs. For the house, it is very welcoming, it feels very comfortable, the property is large and perfectly maintained. the pool is particularly pleasant and maintained as soon as you leave the house! Do not hesitate it's perfect we recommend !

We had a really nice stay. The house is fully equipped and clean. We're a family of 5 and there is entertainment for every age. Really large swimming pool, whirlpool included. Location sur 15 jours en mai 2019 : Absence de lave linge et de sèche linge (pourtant annoncés dans le descriptif) . Il faut accepter d'avoir froid (pas de chauffage et climatisation réversible plus que capricieuse), et il faut être prêt à payer très cher le linge de maison qu'on est obligés de demander au propriétaire puisqu'on ne peut pas laver le linge. Dommage car la maison est bien placée au calme et pourrait être parfaite sans ces inconvénients. Le propriétaire ne parle quasiment pas le français ce qui rend les échanges compliqués surtout lorsqu'il y a un problème. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine, bien entretenue mais trop froide en ce mois de mai. Attention aux frais supplémentaires facturés en fin de séjour: il est prudent de tout se faire préciser AVANT la réservation finale. Nous avons quand même réussi à nous entendre avec le propriétaire sur ce sujet mais avec difficulté.

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was in about 2 acres of private grounds with a well maintained pool and garden area. It was well positioned for accessing train services to Pisa and Florence and only a five minute or so drive to the local supermarkets. Francesco is very friendky and attentive, proud of his villa and looks after it, the pool and gardens very well, any problems that were pointed out to him were dealt with as soon as possible. We would like to highlight though,whether the fault of home away or the owner though the property is listed as and does sleep eight, however any guests over 6 are charged as additional guests and and bed linen and towels are provided at a cash cost.gas water and electricity are also charged cash cost per week after the first week. We would definitely recommend the villa as we had a holiday to remember there.

We stayed for a week in the villa and enjoyed it in the mornings and evenings. In between we cruised with our 3 kids in Toscana. The pictures are show the villa very well. We cooked very nice meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoyed the huge space outside. It was very quiet and inside cozy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view is lovely. I am sure in the summer the pool is the place to be. We tried it and of course it was still cold because of the season. Francesco was very helpful. He waited to greet us when we arrived the first night although it was late, and was very attentive to our needs. He really wanted us to have a good vacation and you can feel that in the house and the garden and atmosphere. Thank you for a good experience.

Wir besuchten diese tolle Unterkunft im Oktober. Das Wetter war noch unglaublich schön. Die Ferienwohnung an sich bat viel Platz für 6 Personen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich stets und sofort zu stelle wenn was nicht funktionierte. Die Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft ging kaputt und unserer Vermieter ließ uns seine eigene benutzen. Die Umgebung dort war traumhaft schön.

We are a retired couple who spent three weeks, in September 2018, in this beautiful Tuscan villa. We arrived somewhat travel weary after 3 days by car from north of England to be met and guided to the villa by Franco who we found to be an absolute top man. We were not disappointed in our expectations of the villa and its location. The property is absolutely stunning. It is set in one and half acres of land in a rural aspect. There are no other properties overlooking or indeed anywhere near to upset the tranquility of the place. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time during the whole of our stay. The villa is fabulous. My wife has MS so the ability to be able to access everything on ground level was great. Al fresco dining was made much easier by being able to walk straight out of the lovely kitchen, with prepared food, onto the terrace outside. Another bonus is the ability to back your car right up to the villa, which was great for loading/unloading luggage. We also enjoyed being able to get straight in and out of the car on a daily basis, to go sightseeing for example. The pool is fabulous, has roman steps, its big, was heated and was just perfect. I was in it first thing in the morning to wake me up! last thing at night and many times during the day! Just great. There are many nice towns, which are very accessible nearby with many pizzerias and restaurants to suit all tastes. The track out of the villa leads straight into the Tuscan hills. Wine and olive groves are everywhere and the views are stunning. Franco's wine is organic with no additives for which he is very passionate about. I agree. It is a very agreeable drink so much so that we loaded our car up with 3 dozen to take back home! Franco and his wife, Claudia are wonderful. They are warm, welcoming and friendly. They are the perfect hosts, very discreet and no bother at all. The electricity 'went off' during our stay. Franco and Claudia were distressed and most apologetic. We were unconcerned and told them so but they insisted on paying for a meal out for us at a friend's gorgeous restaurant nearby. This is the type of people they are, absolutely wonderful. We thank you Franco and Claudia for a lovely holiday.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de profiter de cette belle demeure durant une semaine début mai 2018. La maison est vraiment d'un très bon niveau de prestation et l'environnement est génial. De l'espace, de la verdure, du calme... La piscine était un peu fraiche, mais les courageux s'y sont glissés... Même si le temps n'a pas été au rendez vous, nous avons pu profiter des beaux paysages et des belles villes de la Toscane. La villa est proche des commerces et des axes autoroutiers à quelques minutes en voiture, tout en étant en retrait. Francesco est une personne agréable et très discrète. Il est très attentionné et à l'écoute de ses clients et entretien très bien la propriété. Bravo. Seul petit bémol, les aboiements de chiens par ici et par là le soir et parfois la nuit... Mais en Italie, les "cane" semblent avoir tous les droits... :) Bravo pour cette prestation, je recommande. Et encore merci Francesco !!
