The Ortensia Apartment is a charming and bright ground-floor apartment in a typical Tuscan courtyard, easily accessible and with a private parking space about 50 meters away. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a living room with a sofa and a spacious kitchen/dining area equipped with utensils, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The apartment does not have air conditioning but stays very cool, and all windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

Appartamento Ortensia is located in the countryside of Parezzana, a small hamlet of Capannori (LU), in a very quiet area just 4 km from the walls of Lucca, about 20 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and not too far from Florence and the seaside towns along the Tuscan coast. Transportation: Appartamento Ortensia is easily accessible by car and has private parking. The Lucca train station is 5 km away, and Pisa’s Galileo Galilei Airport is 25 km away. During the Lucca Comics and Games festival, a shuttle bus runs about 200 m from the apartment to take guests to the event. Supermarkets: Numerous supermarkets and grocery stores catering to every need are within driving distance, as well as vendors selling fresh produce and local products.
