The 52 m² annex is comfortable for 2 to 4 guests. The living area includes a kitchenette, dining space, and lounge. Walls and floors are wood, painted off-white. Enjoy walking barefoot or in slippers on these beautiful wooden floors—they’re relaxing and reduce dust. The bedroom and bathroom are separate. Upcycled furniture has been repainted, and the décor is handmade. Eco-friendly insulation keeps the space cool in summer and warm on cool evenings.



“Kerala” is near the woods and enjoys summer shade from the trees. From the bedroom, you have a view of the river and jetty. The small terrace is popular, and the surrounding plants provide privacy for everyone to feel at ease. There are tables on the terrace and in the woods by the river.



The river cannot be fenced, so please inform your young children. In many years of welcoming guests, no incidents have occurred.

Nestled at the end of a quiet lane in a peaceful Capbreton neighborhood, the Kerala and Kermessu outbuildings invite you to enjoy a tranquil stay in the heart of a lush 2,600 m² garden. Built with eco-friendly materials in a fisherman’s cabin style, they offer a warm, authentic atmosphere with upcycled, repainted furniture and lovely views of trees and flowers.



Each outbuilding has its own private space around the villa: Kerala, near the woods, is perfect for cool summer days, while Kermessu, close to the vegetable garden, offers a sunny, natural setting.



Just 1,200 m away, you can walk or cycle to the ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops and restaurants. Hossegor is 3 km away, and the forest is just across the river.
