Beautiful, spacious house in ideal setting in Mallorca

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!

Fantastic villa in a lovely spot

My husband and two boys (6 and 7 years old) came to stay at the end of August and had SUCH a lovely stay. The house is exactly as advertised - comfortable beds, clean pool, and all the amenities you could ask for. It is modern and bright with beautiful sea views. We went to most of the restaurants on the list of recommendations and thought they were all superb. The beaches were busy at the end of August, but if you go in the AM, you can get a good spot. All in all, a 5 star stay. We would come back. Thank you Sylvia!

Fabulous casa

Immaculate property in a great quiet part of the island. Exceptionally well provisioned. Host is a great communicator and very friendly Walking distance to a lovely beach And reasonable drives To many places on the island Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out Outdoor entertaining areas are terrific Take note that you’ll need to provide beach equipment if you want that as well as anything beyond dishware e.g. olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. But plenty of stores nearby to get those things. Highly recommend for families!

Fantastic home in a quiet location

We loved the home and it had everything you could need. The owners detailed list of surrounding the area, beaches, restaurants was extremely helpful. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay in Font De Sa Cala

This villa exceeded all expectations and was a lovely space for our family of four to stay in. The views were magnificent and the walkability to the beach and a few restaurants was quite nice! There was plenty of space for our teenagers and also a peaceful patio for breakfasts and lunch. Thank you for many memorable moments!

Marvelous Villa Marbella

This property was perfect for us! We found the house very clean, the gardens great for pictures, the pool refreshing and well maintained. The kitchen appliances were top of the line, it was well stocked. We could have used some wrap or bags to cover food. The third bedroom was a beautiful apartment! The owner communicated very well and left us many ideas of things to do and places to eat. We chose 4 of the restaurants recommended and one was better than the last. Can Gonan is walkable and a MUST!!! Atmosphere, service and food was excellent. There are nicer beaches close, the one in town is too used. 5-6 hotels are using it. Take advantage of the hiking!! Thank you so much for wondderful memories!

Das perfekte Zuhause für den perfekten Urlaub !

Unsere hohen Erwartungen an unser Ferienhaus wurden noch übertroffen. Die Immobilie ist wunderschön, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie hervorragend aufgeteilt. Die Immobilie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man auch schnell am Meer, an Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders angenehm und vertrauensvoll ist die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin / Vermieterin Frau Faxel. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Mar Bella.

Enjoyable and Comfortable Stay

5 stars all round. One of the best quality properties available for rent in the area having been recently fully renovated. Air conditioning throughout was a luxurious blessing. Terrace and pool area also fabulous. You will not regret a stay here. We will be back!

Schöne Fewo mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche

Die Finca war super. Sehr sauber, alles wirkt modern, hell und neu. Schlafen: Ein Zimmer ist im OG mit eignem Bad und praktischer kleiner Küchenzeile. Die Betten der 3 Schlafzimmer sind „echte Doppelbetten“ lassen sich also nicht auseinander schieben. Küche: absolut Top! Alles da. Es gibt sogar ausreichend Kindergeschirr Wohnen: Gemütliche Couch, guter Fernseher, Stereo Sonos Boxen zum verbinden. Auẞen: Mittags Sonne, morgens und Abends am Pool Bereich schattig. Vorderterasse mit Loungemöbeln morgens in der Sonne 5 min zu Fuss zum localen tollen Strand. Top Restaurant Empfehlungen von Sylvia. Danke, war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Beautiful property for family vacation!

The hosts were very communicative and accommodating with early check in and late checkout. The house is actually perfectly set up for ensuring everyone has their own space but also providing good communal space for gathering. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and fairly conveniently located - town only a short drive away. The island has so much sightseeing to offer! We hope to visit again someday.

Very clean, lots of space, upscale finishes- excellent!

Fully refurbished home with high-end finishes, new appliances plus excellent wi-fi/TV and air con. Has gorgeous ocean views and is steps from a family friendly white sand beach and resort area. The house is in a central yet quiet up-scale residential area, just a short drive to the popular marina/beach area of Cala Ratjada with great shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We rented a boat for the day at Cala Ratjada Boats (recommend!). Our daughter also got her scuba diving license during our stay at Dive and Fun, located right down the street from the villa (10 min walk). This was listed in the guide provided to us at check-in by Sylvia, along with an excellent list of area restaurants and other activities (thank you, Sylvia!) The owner, Sylvia, was available whenever we needed via WhatsApp and exceptionally responsive. She even made a special trip to purchase a larger kitchen knife for us when we mentioned that we could use one. The house has a good layout for a family with a separate living area upstairs that can be also used as a bedroom (has its own large TV and a pull out bed in the new sofa.) It also has a small kitchenette and large bathroom upstairs plus gorgeous views of the ocean. Our two teenaged daughters made this upstairs area their "apartment" for the week which gave us some welcome space during our daily siesta. It would also make a very private master suite however we slept downstairs in the larger of the two bedrooms on the main floor, happily chilled by the very capable air conditioning unit. The entire house is air conditioned as well, has excellent Wi-fi and a large TV in the family room with all of the streaming apps your heart may desire. Excellent house, had everything we needed and wanted- great location plus nice pool and outdoor living area with grill, large table, lots of chairs and umbrellas plus an outdoor bathroom as well. Don't miss the nearby Capdepera (try to go in the morning, great view and history) also the nearby town of Arta- try the rooftop restaurant at Forn Nou for an excellent dinner and breathtaking view of the surrounding area. This plus so, so much more to do in the area, you cannot go wrong with Villa Mar Bella! Wish we had stayed longer. Thank you, Sylvia, for hosting us and taking such good care of us during our stay.

Großartige Lage. Tolles Haus. Sehr netter Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus. Von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt. Wir waren mit unseren Kinder 10 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr schön ein gerichtet, im Obergeschoss war eine kleine separate Ferienwohnung, die im Treppenhaus sogar einen eigenen Eingang, aber auch eine Verbindungstür hatte (ein Traum für unsere Tochter). Die Außenanlage ließ keinen Wunsch offen, vom Gasgrill bis zum Pool einfach perfekt (Der Pool und die Außenanlage werden von einem sehr netten Gärtner betreut). Der Ausblick über die Bucht von Font de Sa Cala war von der vorderen Terrasse traumhaft schön. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermietern war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend, nochmal vielen Dank. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.
