Guests have access to beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a cooler, beach toys and even a beach wagon to use. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes down a quiet street. You can also drive and be there in 2 minutes. The beach is very large with plenty of space to relax. It is also very flat for long walks or runs. This condo offers use of its private pool and assigned parking. If you have children, we offer a pack and play with sheets, as well as toys and games for all ages. You can watch rocket launches right on the beach and can avoid traffic and lines. We are 2 miles from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and live music nearby in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. The Brevard Zoo is spectacular and only 35 minutes away.
