Cape Winds 201 se enorgullece de ser propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en la Costa Espacial.

Ingrese a un relajante oasis frente al mar donde podrá disfrutar de todo lo que ofrecen las vacaciones en la playa.

LA UNIDAD

La luz natural fluye hacia la unidad de esquina de concepto abierto para que pueda disfrutar del sonido del océano y la vista del océano desde la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar.

Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el amplio balcón con vista al mar. Descansa en las sillas reclinables leyendo un libro o siéntate en la mesa con una taza de café o una copa de vino. Puedes ver la playa, los surfistas e incluso algunos de los cruceros que salen del puerto cercano.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, baño privado, un armario y un televisor de pantalla plana para instalarse por la noche.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales, un armario y un televisor. También hay un segundo baño en el pasillo.

El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá desplegable. El comedor tiene una mesa con 6 sillas para que todo el grupo pueda disfrutar de una comida casera. También hay 3 taburetes junto al mostrador para que la familia pueda ver al chef en la cocina.

La unidad tiene otras comodidades para que su estadía sea lo más fluida posible, incluyendo; wifi gratuito, lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, ropa de cama y toallas, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, juguetes de playa, utensilios de cocina, paquete y juego, etc.

LA LOCACIÓN

Cape Winds es un hermoso complejo que cuenta con comodidades para toda la familia. Relájese en la gran piscina, descanse en la bañera de hidromasaje o haga ejercicio en las canchas de tenis y baloncesto. Hay un corto paseo marítimo justo en el complejo para llegar a la playa de arena blanca, ¡no podría estar más cerca!

El complejo está situado a 1. 2 millas al norte del muelle de Cocoa Beach y cerca de muchos restaurantes y atracciones. El Centro Espacial Kennedy, Disney, el zoológico de Brevard y los centros comerciales Outlet son excursiones fáciles de un día. El aeropuerto internacional de Orlando está a 45 millas de distancia.

Aunque la lista dice "sin reembolso", entendemos que surgen cosas. Si tiene que cancelar su reserva y nos notifica al menos 30 días antes del check in o antes, no le cobraremos la segunda mitad del pago.

Pre Cruise Stay

This property was awesome exactly as described great location great views clean and well stocked. Close to everything one would need for a fun and relaxing stay. Highly recommended and we would stay here again if available on our next trip through the Cocoa Beach area

Everything was exactly as shown, Kelsy was great to work with and very responsive - we had a wonderful time! Beach access was easy, pool and spa were amazing - we would definitely stay again!

March Break Holiday 2026 We stayed in one of the properties managed by Happy Palm Springs in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was fully equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It had spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made traveling with teens feel like a real luxury. The best part was the location. We were right on the beach, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Everything about the place felt relaxed and perfect. As a bonus, we even got to see a rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable. Amanda checked in with us a few times, but everything was so great there was nothing to report. It was truly an amazing place that had everything we needed. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back! Nancy and family

Honeymoon getaway

This was rented for my son and daughter-in-laws honeymoon. They had a great time and loved the proximity to Disney World and Kennedy Space Center. The condo was clean with plenty of room and the beach was wonderful. Thank you for providing them with such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Property

We were very pleased with this property and the complex. The condo was very nice, updated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing and the location was very perfect. Kelsy was very accomodating. Would definitely consider this property for future stays.

Property was as depicted in pictures and very clean. Bonus was a kitchen well equipped . Whole complex was well maintained, plenty of parking and great location . We would definitely return to the same rental. Management company very responsive to questions.

Great Cape Canaveral Condo

Our family had a great stay in condo and in the Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach area. The unit was clean, well kept and thoughtfully amenitized. Our communication with Stay in Cocoa Beach was smooth. The condo complex pool, hot tub and location directly on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The two bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor and provided a nice view of the sunrise and ocean, and easy access to the pool area. We would recommend the place for anyone staying in the area.

Great Location - Needs Upkeep

Wonderful location. Condo needs attention. Ant problem and furniture needs updating, especially master bedroom mattress. Overall we enjoyed our visit but could not have stayed any longer than the two weeks we were there.

An Amazing spot

It is a great secluded place away from alot of things especially Internet and devices and all those brainwashing noises. Great for teens! :-) great to explore the area you never know what you will find. Locals are friendly and nice to chat to. Plenty of room on the property for boats etc. Crays and pauas are definately on the menu here. A great place to go and take your dogs on holiday too. Hosts are great, weather was good, only rained one day out 6.

Relaxing Stay on Beach

Wonderful property. Bright, comfortably furnished unit. Plenty of space to unpack and relax. Large terrace with view of the ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped for a family that likes to eat in a lot. Loved the full size washer/dryer. Would definitely rent it again. The property manager Amanda answers all questions very quickly and was very accommodating. The pool and property are very well kept. One of the very nicest VRBO properties we have rented and absolutely exactly as pictured.

Great Location & Comfortable Work-From-Vacay-Stay

We booked this condo as our daughter was set to attend camp at Kennedy Space Center and we, being the adults, needed to still work some. We would drop her off in the morning, come back, my husband would swim a few laps in the pool, then we got to work - him set up in the dining room and me set up at the desk in the main bedroom. It worked out great! We would then enjoy the pool, beach, dinner out, etc. in the afternoons/evenings. We even got to watch 3 rocket launches just by walking out to the beach nearby. Enjoyed seeing bunnies, a tortoise and people watching from the balcony. Would definitely return.

A Great Two Months!

We are a retired couple and over the years have stayed in numerous Florida condos on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and in the Keys. Our stay at Cape Winds was hands-down the best experience we’ve had. Fabulous beach, convenient location, and recreational activities we enjoy. The Cape Winds property is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit was first rate - bright, clean and well equipped. The factor that really set this experience apart was the exceptional staff at Stay in Cocoa Beach: Kelsy sets the standard for responsiveness, helpful information and quick resolution of any issues that cropped up during our stay. We’ve already booked our 2023 Cape Winds vacation!

-This Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Close to the beach and many restaurants and attractions. The view was amazing and everything was nice and clean. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Can’t beat the location

We had a very comfortable stay at this clean and well equipped condo. Having a corner unit was great for maximum views and a little extra quiet. Nice location within the building as it’s farthest from the pool which was extremely crowded our entire stay (so crowded that we didn’t feel comfortable using it, but not surprising as it was the week just before July 4th.) The public beach ramp was super convenient from this unit, just steps away and closer than the building beach access. Being on the 2nd floor we had a great ocean view, the first floor in this building cannot see the ocean. Parking was ample and lots of covered parking is great in the heat. 25 min drive to KSC and almost walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier. Management company was exceptional with communication and very helpful. The building is more dated, but this unit was updated and we had no issues and were very comfortable all week. Would certainly stay in this unit again.

Extremely relaxing and close to the beach . Easy access to restaurants and shopping too

We were very happy with the entire property. All the residents were extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was just sorry it ended so quickly.
