“We stayed for two nights, and the experience was disappointing. The room was never cleaned, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell inside. The carpet was very dirty, and a smelly, wet mop was left outside our door for an entire day.
The photos online are misleading — the place looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. The property felt neglected and poorly managed. There was no one at the front desk to ask for assistance, which made the place feel a bit unsafe.
