Great Family Rental

We arrived and the property was in great condition and clean. We had an incident occur while at the rental and it was handled within 1/2hr. after talking to Rey. He was easy to get in touch with any questions. The converted game room is a great addition to keep the kid occupied in their own space. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition and we spent alot time in both.

This is a true vacation home. Everything is centered around relaxing and enjoying time with family.

After having previously amazing stays in Cape Coral, we were thrilled to check into this gem. Pictures are very reflective of the home you will check into.It was well stocked with essentials to run a household during our visit. We appreciated the accommodations provided for our furbabies and fun activities in the game room for our teen boys. Overall the house was welcoming, and designed to be an oasis for vacationers.Even the best vacations have hiccups along the way. In my opinion, especially with a vacation rental, the response of the host in very important. With any of the limited issues we had during our stay, the host Ray, handled everything professionally with prompt communication, problem solving, and amazing follow-up to make sure were satisfied and happy.In regards to logistics, this property is incredibly ideal with it's proximity to fun experiences in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples area and beyond. Realistically, you are in a great spot to reach grocery stores, Big-box stores, and local restaurants to enhance your visit. Even if you are without transportation, there are a variety of restaurant and grocery delivery services available. We definitely created lasting family memories and are grateful for our time at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property. Vacation time is precious and I couldn't speak more highly about our family's time at this this property.

Amazing House!

We loved staying at this property! There were 6 of us—4 of our family aged 16-20. The house was perfect and Ray was a great host! He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to get back to us with any questions. The house was spacious and very clean. The game room had shuffle board, air hockey, basketball, foosball, a mini putting green, a great TV and large couch. The outside pool/spa area was amazing. We cook a lot and the kitchen was a great size—plenty big for 6 people to spread out and even make Xmas cookies. The grill works well and so does the fireplace table by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to the park most days and the neighbors were very friendly. Publix is within walking distance for groceries or a couple minute drive. If you like to eat out—there are so many great restaurants. For coffee drinkers, there is a good Cuban coffee shop in the business complex by Publix. Ray has great recommendations on his app for places to eat and things to do. The beaches are easy to get to from this house and there is an awesome mini golf course close by. Of all the houses we’ve rented, this one had the best pool/spa and game room hands down. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks for everything Ray. It was a great way to spend our Xmas.

Nice place to stay in The Cape!

Getting in was a breeze. It was clean, updated and central located. It was a nice place to stay for a fun Mother’s Day weekend. Ray was quick to respond and we had zero issues.

Perfect Stay!

Let me start by saying that Ray was amazing! So helpful and very attentive. We stayed here for 3 nights while we worked in the area. The house was definitely hard to leave. Very spacious and just a prefect overall set up. Will absolutely stay there again when we come back to finish up. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Words can’t describe how amazing this property is, had the best time ever. Game room amazing so much fun. House extremely clean. Fully renovated. Extremely comfortable beds. The host clearly has an understanding of what a vacation home should be. Location is great as well, near supermarket and restaurants. This property is beyond 5 stars. Beautiful decor. Outside area amazing, great pool. Overall excellent, this place has amazing good energy, peaceful, stress free. A happy place to be with family. Thank you for everything.

If you are vacationing in Cape Coral, this is the place! The house is beautiful, the pool is perfect to enjoy and relax. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at this home! VERY CLEAN and beautiful! WONDERFUL pool and hot tub! Open concept kitchen, dining and living room! Working with the host was extremely easy. He replied immediately with answers to our questions and was very well organized. Everything we needed was there and for those with small children, the home is located close to two beautiful playgrounds. I was surprised that as close as we were located to a main road, we didn’t have a lot of road noise! This home is located close to a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores etc, that makes it very convenient for any of your needs. We would definitely stay again!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday!

We had a great time on our Thanksgiving weekend stay at this lovely home. It came well stocked with everything we needed, especially when preparing a Thanksgiving family feast. Amazing property

Despite we are a big family including Grandmas, kids and pets (what means that is very hard to please, joking) we have had a very special time in this property located in this quite neighborhood. Description online is accurate. Everything is clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was perfect. Definitely we will be back here next vacation. Perfect Vacation Rental

This rental is fantastic! The home is beautifully decorated and so spacious! We had everything we needed! The pool and spa were also so nice after a day at the beach! Ray was so helpful with any questions we had and even checked to see how things were going! We will definitely be back! Everyone had a great time!
