We enjoyed our stay and our top positives were: - Very clean- Spacious kitchen and living spaces- Very nice outdoor space- Loved the built in and covered grill outside- Very nice pool and appreciated the three lounge chairs- Appreciated the nice sized laundry room- Appreciated having pool towels provided, although some seemed child sized (small for adults)- Appreciated the welcome book with all of the recommendations- Very large primary bedroom and bathroom - Very communicative and respond quickly - House is conveniently located to Starbucks, Target, Publix, Walmart, restaurants and more.Overall we really enjoyed the house, some suggestions or notes for future guests were:- Did not realize the pool bathroom was not able to be accessed inside the house - would be helpful if this was stated, although was very nice to have a full bathroom outside- One bedroom is the office with no closet and no door knobs on the inside of the doors so you have to close the door from the bottom- Wish there was a little more seating in the living room- The primary bedroom closets are both occupied by the owners so there's no closet space for the primary bedroom- The lights to the overhead fans in the primary bedroom and one of the other bedrooms are connected so when we turned one on / off it impacted the other bedroom- Need more hooks in the bathrooms and storage space to put bathroom items in the second bathroom shower- To note - most beaches are 45-60min away
