Beautiful fully renovated home with stunning heated pool, walk to downtown

  • Imagine spending your vacation in this haven of relaxation. This home is completely renovated and remodeled, with a stunning showpiece heated pool with 4” deep sunshelf at one end. The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and the completely private backyard also has a 3-hole putting green. The lanai, tiki bar, pool and putting green are unscreened so you are truly outside and get to enjoy the entire backyard.

    Gather around one of two tables in either the dining room or the lanai, for a wonderful meal that you prepare on the Weber gas grill, or in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The comfortable furniture is all new, and the home has toys, games and books for all age ranges, as well as a DVD player with many movies.

    Relax in the outdoor lanai area, next to the pool. Once you step out the sliding doors to the backyard you will not want to go back inside, or leave the property at all for that matter since you will be in your own personal paradise.

    If you do manage to tear yourself away, you are a 10-15 minute walk to all that downtown has to offer, which includes numerous outstanding restaurants, bars and shops!

    There is a sandy beach a 5-minute drive away, should you need to feel the Florida sand between your toes.

2022 rebooked for 2023

Dianna is an awesome host for sure. Her homes are outfitted almost to the point just bring your clothes and bathing suit and toiletries and relax. Excellent grill that we utilized almost daily so nice. Love the turf around the pool. Pups loved it just lay in the sun. Granddaughter swam once weather cooperated bit cold when we arrived. Dianna communicated great . Thank cannot wait to return for Christmas 2023 Janie and Bill

Best hostess ever!

We have stayed at very many VRBO properties with many excellent hosts and hostesses but Dianna tops them all. She truly cares about whether her guests have everything they need and are satisfied with their expectations. She goes above and beyond to see that they do. Her communication is very prompt. The home was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything we could need and more, and the master bed was very comfortable (the only one we used). The pool was fantastic and we spent some time in it every day of our 7 day stay. I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Cape Coral area.

Best house we’ve rented with VRBO

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dianna's home, finding it to be warm and inviting. The pool area and fenced backyard were our favorite spots, so much so that our kids opted to spend time there instead of visiting the beach. The house was well-equipped with games, books, and activities for the kids to enjoy during rainy periods. Dianna provided everything we needed for our seven-day stay, including an abundance of toiletries and cleaning supplies. I honestly could have just packed clothes for us and we would have everything needed because of her well stocked home. I utilized the grocery delivery service to the house multiple times, which was a seamless experience. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (a high standard, as I am quite particular about these things). Dianna is the best host and checked on us multiple times making sure her we had everything we needed. She suggested several restaurants that we visited and loved. This will be our go to home every time we come to Fort Meyers. Thanks for a great home to stay in while my family was in town.

Best VRBO Experience We’ve Ever Had

Renting this property was an outstanding experience from the very beginning. Dianna stepped in to help us make the best choice between their properties based on the number and ages of our family members, and she was spot on. Six adults were very comfortable in this immaculate home which has recently been completely remodeled. Everything looks just as pictured with an upscale beachy vibe that is on point...beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. It was by far the most well stocked rental we have ever encountered. Dianna and Ed have thought of everything from extra toilet paper to yard games to make sure your stay is enjoyable and worry free. The kitchen was easily as well stocked as ours at home, and we were greeted with cold beverages in the refrigerator. You could never leave the property and never run out of things to do with the pool, covered patio, tiki bar, new weber grill, pool toys, bicycles, ...the list goes on. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to Fort Myers. We loved walking less than a mile to Starbucks while two of our adult children beat us there on bicycles. Quick and easy communication with Dianna insured we never had a question that was not quickly answered. We felt they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in their beautiful home, and enjoy it we did! We were there for a week over Christmas, but this would be an amazing long-term rental as well. This far exceeded our expectations. My only hesitation in submitting this rave review is that I’m afraid when we want to rent it again, it won’t be available. When we return to this area of Florida, we won’t look anywhere else. We will be contacting Ed and Dianna again. Thank you, Ed and Dianna, for helping us create wonderful memories with our family.

Second Stay and have already booked my third!

There is nothing Dianna has not thought of for this property and nothing she will not do for her guests, including ordering pool floats on Amazon for overnight delivery!! We had a relaxing and fun week and can not wait until next time.

Lovely home

Home was excellent and felt comfortable, like home away from home. Property owners are amazing and helpful giving all the details you need staying in this location and responding quickly. Can't say enough good things about everything pertaining to Property. The only bad is the drive to beaches. Absolutely beautiful beaches and water when you drive to Captiva Island. But any beach south that you head too you will be paying tolls and a bunch of traffic lights. That's the only down side. Overall experience was great and we all had a good time. Once again Property was great no complaints at all there. Very clean and everything very well organized

Amazing

The pictures don't do this property justice. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean inside and out. Communication with owner was always prompt. Alarms on every door leading to the pool which were annoying at times but very much appreciated as we had small children. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home for the week.

Great home that exceeded our expectations! Owner went above and beyond to think of every single detail to make this property feel just like home. Everything we needed was at this home. We were extremely comfortable here and the backyard area with pool was amazing! The owner was so helpful and very quick to answer any questions. She provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again if in this area! Highly recommend!!!

This property had everything you could want in a vacation rental! Pool was fantastic and all of the amenities were amazing! Would 1000% recommend this property if you are looking for out of the way relaxing vacation with tons of perks and fantastic restaurants nearby!

Great time!

Family had a great time at this property. Was very clean and well maintained. Pool was great and kids enjoyed swimming each day. Nice outside bar with outdoor refrigerator and TV was great. Able to play music right off the TV or login to allow kids to watch movies. Owner was very friendly, proactive in their communication, and easy to work with. Really enjoyed the property!

Great experience, all the extras

We had a great experience and our kids loved it too. We've stayed a number of VRBO properties and this one had all the little things that we've seen left out other places. Everything was clean, worked, and all the supplies like paper towels, soap, and other cleaning supplies were available. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely beautiful back yard. The pool is just gorgeous. The house is so pretty and comfortable. The location is convenient to so much. It is also a very friendly, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need is provided. And Ed and Dianna, the owners, are the absolute best. We would 100% stay here again.

Amazing Property!!

This property was amazing!!! We were truly impressed from the moment we walked in. The whole house was decorated beautifully and the back yard was absolutely wonderful. We truly enjoyed the pool and the amenities that were provided by Dianna and Ed. Dianna and Ed have truly thought of everything in regards to making you feel welcomed.

AMAZING

OMG! This property was beautiful, from the living room to the kitchen and rooms! Everything was there for our needs. The pool was absolutely wonderful. My girls enjoyed the pool the most. Neighborhood was quiet. We had a very good time! Thanks Ed and Diane.

Amazing!

My parents & my family stayed for a week while down for a baseball tournament. Dianna was very attentive, friendly, & hospitable. The house was beautiful & had everything we needed for our stay. My 5 children (ages 11 months - 11 yrs) enjoyed the pool & putt putt holes. If we are back this way for another tournament, we will definitely be staying here again.

AWESOME STAY!!!

We really enjoyed our time here. Even the storms from "Elsa" didn't dampen it. Dianna checked in on us and informed us of weather updates and neighborhood information during it all also. When I say these have got to be some of the sweetest, kind-hearted owners we have encountered so far using VRBO, believe it! THEY ARE GREAT! The way the place is decorated, stocked and set up is really nice and they DID seem to think of every need someone may have during a stay here. The back yard is an oasis and so relaxing which was very much needed. We appreciate all that was done for us during our stay Dianna & Ed :)

Relaxation Destination

Our family had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to when we can make it back! The home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we can't say enough about the awesome backyard oasis that Ed and Dianna have created for their guests!

Best Family Vacation!

We were impressed with the property as soon as we walked through the door! The house was VERY clean and beautiful. Dianne and Ed have gone above and beyond with this place and it shows. Everything we needed was right there and we never needed to leave the house (only for groceries and liquor)! The pool was gorgeous and very large! There were lots of games for us to play - cornhole, large Jenga, the putting green, etc. Also, while we were there a man came to spray the yard for mosquitos, another man came to do the landscaping and one day the pool guy came to clean the pool. This just shows how much care Dianna and Ed put into this place. Overall everyone had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you Dianna and Ed for such an amazing home!!! ♥

Absolutely perfect!

Everything associated with this property was absolutely perfect - the booking process, communication with the hosts, the house, the pool, the yard, the location, the neighbours, everything! Dianna & Ed are fantastic hosts with an amazing property. We had a great time with our two dogs and are already planning our return trip later this year. We thoroughly recommend this property for groups of all sizes and ages.

Absolute Paradise!

By far the cleanest Vacation Rental that I have ever stayed in. The owners did an amazing job to make you feel like you were at your home away from home. Their is nothing to bring to this home except yourself. PACK LiGHT. From the name brand appliances, quality furniture and bedding, every utensil you can think of and more, even office supplies if you really want to work; this house has it all. An amazing heated pool, a bug free yard even at night (yes outside at night in Florida - uncovered) this home is truly paradise and the attention to detail that Dianna and Ed put in deserves an A+. The home is in the most desirable area of Cape Coral on a very quiet street and only a few walkable blocks from the main strip with excellent restaurants and nightlife. We had no problems on Our stay but the owners contacted us multiple times to verify that everything was ok. A truly worry free stay.
