The house was very clean but needed more towels. The neighborhood was very pretty and peaceful. The pool was perfectly heated for the cooler weather we experienced the first couple days. The beds were quite comfortable and had soft sheets. The location is really close to all businesses (grocery, dining, car wash, gas stations, shopping, etc.)

Winter Vacation

We enjoyed the quiet location and private pool/hot tub. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

Loved the lanai!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The triple glass sliding doors leading to the lanai opened all the way back and really extended the living space. It was fully screened so we never worried about bugs or critters entering the area or the home. Loved the heated pool! House was open and roomy and accommodated our guests well. This house was very well stocked with most all of the essentials and many extras. I would suggest adding a keurig and a hand mixer and some casserole dishes. Owners were easily contacted, friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly.

great property. my kids enjoyed having the pool in the back yard. It was so nice to find a place with two queen beds in one room since i have very small children.

Basic Rental - OK for family with small kids/ not for seniors

Two seniors, found property dirty, dust on floors, drain in bathroom stuck, outdoor furniture dirty and full of animal hair. Pool heater on or off only (broken), no settings, so water went to 104 and burned our feet, (twice) if we weren't constantly watching. The spa was cloudy and wouldn't warm up properly. We tried to clean it. There was a gas grill in the photos, but we didn't see it when we were there, only a tiny charcoal grill. The stove has one burner that does not work and 1 burner that only stays on super high. There is so much sand and lots of ant hills on the deck, the sand gets into the house. The stainless cutlery, is rusted and spotted. The owner/mgr did replace the broken dishwasher and deliver a new toilet seat for the master bath as the one there was stained and chipped, and delivered some outdoor chaises for beach use only and not strong enough to support full grown adults. We bought a decent Mr. Coffee pot, and some placemats. The landscaping is rough and not very attractive. We are seniors and wanted a more comfortable, well presented home and were disappointed. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant enough. A family with 2-3 younger kids would be happy here as it is very basic and focused on the pool, not much to wreck.... hope all of the above gets fixed; we didn't want the interruptions of more repair men or to bother the owner anymore. 3 stars.

Good Choice and WE had a Good Time

The property was very nice and modern. The only issue I had was with the TV in the bedroom. I was never able to get it working. I would suggest just basic cable for at least the main bedroom.

POOL AND HOT TUB

Disappointed. Pool was not "heated" for November weather. Hot Tub was 81 degrees. Removed cover to increase temp- filthy in the bottom, both seating areas. Ants were present along with a dead Geico in the filter area. The pool and hot tub were the only reasons I rented this property. My mistake was not taking the previous reviews seriously.

Missing some basics in kitchen & baths with an overall lack of attention

The interior and exterior are mostly great. The technology is also pretty good. We found the kitchen understocked with basics (strong trash bags, food storage containers, dish towels, etc.) and the baths had a shortage of towels, no tissues, soap, etc. The stove had a non-working burner and the microwave lightbulb was out (we replaced). One of the large outside trash cans was full to the brim. Overall it just felt like a lack of attention and attempts to cut costs. Owners were not very responsive to emailed questions.

inside beautiful, but definately some downfalls

The inside of th home was beautiful, but in my opinion for the price it was not worth it. The outside should have been cleaned up more than it was. Looks like it was not cleaned at all before we went. Grill had mold on it, barely any propane (only enough for two meals-owner said we could get some and would be reimbursed) netting over pool was covered in cobwebs and dirt. Inside no oven mitts provided- found that out when we went to try and take food out of oven. Garbage was left in the garbage bins outside from the last vacationers., beds were brutally soft, internet kept going down on us, pictures of pool were decieving, thought it was a full size pool but it was not. Positives- nice home, secure, clean bathrooms ,clean inside, lots of outdoor seating, nice pool loungers. We have stayed in VrBo homes for the last 10 years and for the amount we paid we feel that the outside should have been cleaned up.

Amazing vacation!

The home was beautiful. We loved The patio and spent most of our time outdoors. The updates and decor of the home were beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. We loved the use of the bikes. Our family spent the mornings by the pool, the afternoons on Sanibel Island, and the evenings back at the patio. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to stay in your home.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the beaches, stores, food. Great place to come back to and relax and enjoy the pool. We would rent again. Loved it!

This home is just lovely. It was spotless when we arrived and everything worked perfectly.

This was our first VRBO so we were a little apprehensive. The home is just lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the floors are great for wet feet. The patio is perfectly appointed and the pool was the best. It's not a huge pool but especially great for kids because they aren't far from you while you lounge on the patio. The screened pool area is a plus because the patio door is a 3 panel slider so you an open it all and it seem like an extension of the great room and kitchen. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this rental.

Such a wonderful home!!!

This home was amazing! It was everything we could hope for and more. We will definitely be back! Such spacious living quarters, beautiful pool and patio area. If you are looking for a place in the Cape Coral area, I strongly recommend you check out this home! You won't be disappointed!
