  • Close to golf, shopping, restaurants and Burnt Store boat ramp This home features an expansive outdoor living area w/ heated saltwater pool and pool bath providing maximum space for family & guests to enjoy the Florida lifestyle! Just under 2,100 square feet of living area, this spacious home has plenty of natural light, 12 foot high ceilings, and an inviting open floor plan. The large master bedroom suite has sliders that open to the covered lanai & master bath offers a shower, corner tub & dual sinks. The split bedroom floor plan has 2 bedrooms on the other side of the home for added privacy. The home also includes a den with desk for those who need to work remotely.

Nice accommodations. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Other than a day without Internet service (the fault of AT&T, not the owner) we had a completely problem-free week in a nice home. Highly recommended.There is a computer monitor with HDMI cable in the office area--very useful for the road warrior or anyone who likes something bigger than a laptop screen.

This house is awesome! When we arrived and walked in the first thing we noticed was how clean it was! The house has everything you need. The pool area/lanai is perfect (bonus - poolside bathroom). The bed(s) were so comfortable. The owner (Rocky) was great to communicate with! I highly recommend this house. You will not be sorry!

Clean Cape Coral Home

Overall a nice property, while grocery store is nearby it is a bit further to get to beaches, harbor, marina, etc.

Amazing!

The house is beautiful! The property owner Rocky is amazing and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property. Will hopefully rent this house again next year.

Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing

We came to Cape Coral to get out of the cold weather. Our hosts were wonderful in helping us out when needed. We loved their home and our stay there. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that worked well for us. Quiet neighborhood. Pool area was wonderful, somewhat secluded, and heated to perfection with no extra fee. The drip coffee maker did not work well and the host had it replaced immediately. Super comfy beds. This property does allow pets, which wasn't an issue for us, but be aware of this. Having the garage available to park in was a huge plus. There are no table lamps in the living room, only overhead can lights. Would likely stay here again if the price is right.

We had a very enjoyable stay.

Pool was enjoyable. House was very clean. Kitchen had basics only. It was a plus because it was dog friendly.

Super vacation

Just wanted to say that we were in the house for 2 weeks of vacation and everything was awesome the house was beautiful lots of room the beds and all amenities were fantastic. beds were super comfy. Also being able to use the garage to park the car in was great as well. we had a really great vacation the weather wasBeautiful house was perfect and the best part was the pool and being able to swim whenever we wanted from 8 in the am to 10 at night. thank very much we had a super vacation highly recommend to stay would love to come back again

Great!!

This property really met our expectations and made our stay an enjoyable experience. We enjoyed the heated pool daily and the private setting surrounding the pool. It was warm enough to open the sliding doors from the great room open to the pool area. The location worked well, as we needed a location between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral, very close to all conveniences, shopping etc.. The host was very responsive to any needs to the home and ensured our stay was comfortable. We would stay here again!

We loved it

It was almost perfect ,property management was great to deal with ,the house clean property and pool perfect …. It is in a nice area it is a little off the beat and path for restaurants , Publix Walgreens pine island depends on traffic about 6min away The worst part of this was having to leave paradise Great place

Never talked or seen anyone or no phone number to contact anyone. Place was nice but walking around condo in my socks and they were covered in animal hair. That's why i gave a 4 and not a 5 rating. Thanks Mike

Awesome home away from home

Loved the owners responsiveness! Comfortable, well laid out, and high ceilings. Pool was great. Well furnished. Could access our streaming internet tv on all tv’s and watch a few bowl games, well pieces of games. Location was great - close to boating, restaurants, shopping, and pickleball.

Great house, great location

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood set back far enough from busy roads so that any road noise barely audible. The house is well stocked with dishes and linens. The patio with the pool was a great feature. Our family used it multiple times during our stay. Once we figured out the digital keypad on the front door, check-in/check-out was a breeze. The property owner is responsive to any and all concerns. It was a pleasure to stay there. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Nice house, Great Host

The house is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The pool was great, and it is regularly professionally maintained. The host was very responsive to our communications, and resolved what could have been a major issue immediately. My only criticism is that there are certain aspects of the house that are beyond their functional lifespan and need replacing, and I absolutely hate when you rent a house of this caliber and get three garbage bags and five rolls of toilet paper for two weeks.

Beautiful Home!

Photos are accurate. Roomy living room with comfortable furniture. It does not have any table lamps for reading - overhead lights must be used. First week weather was too cold to use pool (not unusual in January) but the other two weeks the weather was great. House is close to grocery stores and restaurants but a bit of a drive if you plan to go to the beach a lot. Disappointed it is a dog-friendly home. Hosts were responsive to questions.

Beautiful home!

This home is roomy and was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Loved the living room - it has two leather couches with two reclining seats in each and another leather recliner. The bath towels and beach towels are big and fluffy. Photos are accurate. Bedrooms are big with new mattresses and large closets. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage. Nice office space if you want to work while visiting. It was warm enough to be in the pool most days with the exception of a few “cold” days, which is typical in January. Home is north of Pine Island Road; it is close to grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Owner reached out to check on how our visit was going and quickly answered a few questions we had. We would definitely recommend.

Beware of location

We reserved this property less than one week in advance of our stay (we had very short notice of our trip). This should have been our first sign that this property is not a desirable vacation location. Lots of hurricane damage in the neighborhood (roof tarps on neighboring properties, temporary fencing and construction equipment). Nothing of interest or beauty in the neighborhood. The property had a city inspection report tied to the garage light. We could not get the keypad to work and decided to abandon our reservation. The owner was responsive to our complaints but unwilling to refund even a portion of our payment. Not even the cleaning fee which he didn’t incur because we didn’t even check in. We thought this was unreasonable given that he probably wouldn’t have rented this property to anyone else less than 1 week in advance. The interior of the property may be as pictured, we don’t know because we didn’t even check in.
