  • New Remodel on October 2023!! Brand New outdoor kitchen! 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, Tiki Hut overlooking the river! Heated saltwater pool! Southern Exposure! 2400 square foot home one level! All new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms totally remodeled with granite counter tops. All new tile flooring throughout the home. This home is one house from the river. Private heated salt water pool with southern exposure. Very quite neighborhood that's great for walking and biking. The home has a very large pool deck for sunbathing or just watching the boats go by.

    Only 20 min to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island! This home is near everything!

    Home is equipped with some exercise equipment as well as a ping pong table, basketball hoop, 2 Kayaks, fishing rods, bicycles, beach chairs and scooters for the kids!

Supreme setup

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!

We enjoyed the property very much. Great location, and view. Lobster lady for dinner and tiki hit cruise is a must as well!

Tiki Dream

We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

Location and pool were excellent! House is very nice and spacious. We had a great time at the Tiki Hut and in Cape Coral.

Very comfortable, Great views, and Awesome pool. If you are looking for the perfect family vacation home then look no further. You will be close to everything but far enough away to relax. The host was awesome

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our vacation and staying at this house. It was simply beautiful to relax by the water and have fun in the pool. Everything was very clean and the perfect space our group of two families with kids! We can't wait to come back.

Great Location!

The Tiki on the water is awesome we caught several fish and blue crabs. We loved just relaxing and watching all of the boats coming and going

Perfect family vacation home!

This home had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! From the location with gorgeous tiki hut on the dock to the ping pong table and basketball hoop, this property made out vacation memorable. The property was clean and tje home wsd stocked with all the amenities we needed. A++++ rating from us (family of 5)

The property was as advertised. The communication with Michael the owner was excellent as we had some special needs. The view and access to the water couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend the property

Beautiful!!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

All we had hoped!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table! Having coffee in the tiki hut by the water every morning was incredible! We would highly recommended this property!❤️

Location is the best, quiet street on a beautiful canal where you are overlooking the river as well. House fit 4 adults and 2 children with no problems at all. The pool area is huge and perfect for lounging all day long. Had everything we could have asked for!

Great place

Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

As Advertised

Loved the house, it was as described. We spent most hours at the house outside enjoying the pool and tiki hut. Host Michael was great with communication Andre never needed to contact him about anything. Would rent again.

The perfect place for our vacation stay

We had such an amazing time on this vacation and part of the reason it went so well is because of this house where we stayed. The pool was perfect, the view was really nice, the house is so nice inside and out, and the property manager was such a nice guy. Don’t hesitate on this one, if it’s available take advantage and snatch it up.

Amazing rental right on the river!

I told the owner that as much as the photos looked amazing they didn’t do justice to the huge and amazing amenities and location of this place. The pool was big, the tiki bar theme wasn’t just a marketing name but rather really built a cool ambiance to sip a drinks or have food right by the water. Every room had a TV and cable which we thought was a nice extra touch. Overall we will be returning as a go to vacation stay for sure!

Beautiful property and house

This house and property were impeccable! The location was excellent-plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. We loved that during down time we could sit under the tiki hut and watch the boats go by! At night, when it got a bit cooler we sat on the lanai by the pool and enjoyed the fire pit and played ping pong. We spent 90% of out time outdoors and this outdoor furniture was all very comfortable. We would rent this house again!

Fantastic stay

What a great property! The pool with ping-pong table on the side was the perfect combo. There were lots of extra tubes and pool toys to enjoy. The tiki hut on the water was the best place to enjoy a nice meal or relax. Michael was a wonderful host and we kept good communication throughout the trip. He recommended some great places to eat and immediately responded to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the new renovations were amazing!
