Great Hone and Location!

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was just as described. Nice to use the pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Glenn was responsive and overall just a great stay.

Owner allowed us to check in 30 min earlier since our travel time was shorter than expected!! Great communication with the owner throughout the stay!! Layout of the home was perfect for us and the fishing dock/pool/hottub was superb If baseball brings us back to Fort Myers we will stay here again!

Best house ever!

We absolutely loved this house. The back porch with pool and hot tub was amazing. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful neighborhood! We will be back for sure

Peaceful & Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for 4th of July weekend and this has got to be one of the best homes we have stayed in!! It was very spacious, peaceful and great entertaining areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the tiki hut by the fishing area with the kids. This home was well stocked and very relaxing to us all. Would stay here again! Thank you

Beautiful location.

Very nice house and property. On canal with nice dock. Very relaxing and caught many fish right off the dock. There was a plumbing issue that the property manager handled as quickly as it could be, giving the nature of the situation. Property manager was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay and on day of check out. We hope to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful

Amazing Host. Amazing property. Location was perfect, quick drive or bike ride to downtown Cape Coral and wonderful farmers market on Saturdays. Having the canal in your back yard is great, lots of sightings of dolphins, fish and wildlife. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was provided, well stocked home. Home is a must stay in Cape Coral and Glenn was great!

Amazing!

All I can say is AMAZING! House is beautiful, with a great layout and the pool was clean and warm! We had absolutely no problems and the entire process was stress free- we even extended our stay! My family went home relaxed and excited to return! Will definitely choose this house and these owners again!!

Comfortable

This was our second time staying here, and it's a place we would book again. The beds were comfortable and the couch was soft. They kitchen had everything we needed, from a bowl for popcorn, to measuring cups, and chip clips. The owners were responsive when we had a question. The patio was a great place to hang out - and we got to watch dolphins playing in the waterway from the dock.

Choose this one!

Beautiful, well-maintained home, in quiet neighborhood. Caged pool, spa and newly built lanai are perfect for relaxing. Canal front dock is nice as well, be sure to check it out at night with the fish lights! Owner communicated quickly. With a living room and family room, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out inside or outside.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Our family of four had such an amazing time staying here! We mostly hung out in the pool, hottub, lanai, and the dock, but the house was equally as relaxing. The home was clean and very spacious and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so cute and very quiet. Our host was very responsive before and after check in. We didn't have any issues so we didn't have any contact during our stay. Everything was perfect! We don't have any complaints and we would stay in this beautiful home again!

Good stay

There were lots of positives for this house. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed. The hosts were responsive to communication. The house itself is a little tired- the furniture in the TV area is peeling, the fridge works well but has some cosmetic issues as a couple of examples.

Relaxing paradise.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Check in and check out went smoothly. The house itself was spotless and well stocked with more than we ever expected. The pool and spa were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming every day. As a family, we enjoyed biking around the quiet neighborhood and finding the cute little burrowing owls. My wife and I would sit on the dock with cup of coffee every morning, enjoying the serenity and view. You couldn't ask for more. Hopefully we are lucky enough to return soon.

Ah-Mazing!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first VRBO! My Hubby and son loved the fishing, while we all enjoyed the pool! The house was perfect and the owners extremely responsive to our questions while staying there. It was perfectly AHmazing!

Delightful home!

We had a wonderful time. Location is nice. Love the decor. Kitchen is fantastic and functional. Took bike rides throughout the week, trips to the beach and enjoyed local eateries! Highly recommend to others looking for a functional, nice rental. The pool rocked as well. The kids got plenty of use out of the pool!

Family vacation

Our 16 & 11 year old loved fishing on the dock. Poles & tackle were already at the house. My 5 year old loved the pool. Lots of toys were also provided. My husband and I enjoyed the spa tub & layout of the house to relax while keeping an eye on the boys. The whole family was very comfortable & happy here.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was great for kids with lots of places to sit and play and in the deepest areas, parents could still stand. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed! Plan to stay there again next year.

Relaxing time

We had a great time and enjoyed the house and location very much. The kids loved the pool and spent time fishing right off the dock. It was a nice quiet neighborhood where the kids could ride bikes (from the house) and the scooters that we brought. Also a very short distance to beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. we very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything was showed on website exactly how it was. Easy entering and leaving property. Didn't even have to bother owners since they set it up perfectly.
