Great location! Even better House

The house was stunning—new, spotless, and exactly as pictured. The pool was crystal clear and the screened enclosure made it bug-free. We loved the outdoor kitchen, and the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of seven enjoyed this beautiful home and pool.The house was well laid out and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool with our three-year old twin grandchildren. The floats and pool toys were ideal!

Winter Getaway to Cape Coral

Mason and Courtney provided a great getaway for my family and I. The house was clean and comfortable. They provided lots of pool toys that my toddler loved to play with during our stay. They also had multiple pack n plays and items for younger kids which was super helpful as we had two baby’s under 1 and a 2.5 year old with us. When we had questions regarding the property during our stay they were quick to respond. Overall, great stay!

Family Fun

Beautiful property, very clean, great location, but the pool was the star for our grand girls! The covered outdoor sitting area ideal during our stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and helpful in accommodating our timeframe. The weather was perfect in the 80’s the middle of February.. Highly recommend!

My wife and I own a vacation home and we know the good ones. We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful & extremely clean! Loved the location - proximity to restaurants & a nice quiet neighborhood The owners were very prompt to answer any questions we had from the time of booking until we checked out. Would stay again!

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would book this location again no questions asked! The communication with the hosts effortless, prompt, and they were super helpful with our check in and check out process. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing “new home” scent, a beautiful kitchen/living room, and a magnificent view of the screened in backyard pool. The beds were clean & comfortable and the master & guest bathrooms were huge, which we were very much a fan of! It would have been great to have had a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen and maybe dish towels, but otherwise this was a lovely experience to share with our family. Thank you for opening up your home to us!!

Enjoyable, relaxing trip

We enjoyed our trip to this property in Cape Coral. The pool and spa were a huge hit with all ages. The beds were very comfortable, which is a big plus when traveling for an extended stay. Only suggestion our group would recommend is adding to the amount of plates, bowls, and utensils. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Fun in the sun

We had an absolute blast! We vacationed with my 3 girls; one being 17 months and having the safety pool gate was a lifesaver! We spent hours upon hours swimming and sitting on the back patio. Mason is very easy to get a hold of if needed, and was so gracious to have blow dryers sent to the property prior to our stay (they walked off with other guests I suppose). I would recommend a pack and play for families with toddlers, as we had to purchase one and fly it down with us which was a small pain. Besides a few minor things, we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate booking in the future. Thank you Mason!

Great house!

I stayed here with my siblings, our spouses, and all our children, and it was perfect for us. All the rooms worked well for us, including the kid bunk room, which was a lot of fun. The pool was great, and the fence made it much less stressful to be outside with the smallest kids. The owners were very communicative and helpful.

Beautiful home / Nice location

Stayed with friends for a golfing trip. House and pool area are very nice and the location was perfect for us. We did have a couple of issues initially which were resolved. The only thing I would suggest regarding improvements would be having additional supplies on hand (dishes, paper towels, kleenex, spices, plastic wrap, foil, etc.) We left what we bought for the next guests as it is convenient to have these items stocked. A great stay overall though.

Meet all our needs

Two families stayed at this property over spring break and this was a great property that met all our needs. The kids preferred staying at the house and play in the pool after a very busy week vacationing and the hot tub was nice for everyone.

Great house and location

Needed a quick getaway and this was perfect for us. We had a great time around the pool and hot tub and the bathroom/tub/shower were lovely! Couldn’t ask for a better relaxing spot. Easy to use the door code to enter and lock. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and a quick reply from the host had me connected. Will stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

Lovely stay in Cape Coral

Lovely new home with a gorgeous heated swimming pool. Very comfortable for my family of six. Very modern luxurious home. The only thing I wish it had was a (rocking) chair in the master bedroom. Relatively easy access to various places to visit. Loved seeing Manatee Park. Sanibel is lovely but the traffic was awful! Would visit again some time in the future.
