We just spent 5 nights during a hot week in March. The property was beautiful and the pictures represented it well. We loved sitting outside by the pool every day. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Some reviews have complained about the dogs next door - but they only really barked when we would open the gate to get down to the dock area. The kitchen was large. They supply you with a brand new sponge, some dish soap, and a few dishwasher tabs. There was only salt, pepper, adn Lawry's seasoned salt for spices. The Lawry's is either really old or just all clumped together because of humidity - could probably be replaced. The refrigerator was nice that it had a water and ice dispenser in the door. It was wonderful to have a beach umbrella and wagon to use at the beach. They have 4 of the low beach chairs to use. We would have loved a regular height chair as well for the elderly person in our group - it was hard for her to get in and out of the low chairs. They supply a few laundry tabs so we were able to do laundry and everything worked well with that. We are used to having celing fans in every room in our house and it was surprising that this is not a feature in a Florida home. It was really hot and humid the night we arrived, so sleeping was difficult. There was one fan we found in a closet but it sounded like a freight train. We had to buy some small fans at Walmart to use while we were there. Overall, it was a great stay!

The pool is only heated if the outside temp is above 55 degrees. So we couldn’t use the pool the entire time because the outside temp wasn’t above 55 degrees for long enough. There was no Kleenex/facial tissue. And only 1 kitchen towel was not enough. The dogs next door also bark every morning, so annoying. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed so I appreciate that. The beds were also comfortable.

In an attempt to escape the cold of the northeast, we booked "Heated Pool, Gulf Access Canal w/Dock! Free Kayaks & Bikes! Over 125 of Free Daily Activities!" in Cape Coral as a short family vacation. Although it might be too cool for Florida residents, our 5 kids were looking forward to enjoying the pool. After all, the primary title was "Heated pool." The home is very nice. Great location, very well appointed, exceptionally clean. However, the pool was 60 degrees when we arrived. I immediately reached out to the management support via text and they said they would look into it. I also asked about a pool cover, which was noted in the guidelines (that it needed to be kept covered when not in use) but there wasn't one. Other issues that I reported were that the fish-cleaning sink on the dock was broken as were the dock lights. The boat slips and dock layout were such that lights were necessary for use in the dark. Other reviews of the rental mentioned fishing poles provided, so we were hoping to utilize those, but the owners denied providing those. Eventually, a pool maintenance guy came and worked some magic to keep the pool heater on to get it up to swimmable temperatures. We were able to enjoy the pool for about a day and a half before we left. It seems odd that a heated pool would not have a pool cover. Renters beware: this is not a heated pool and the dock is unusable at night.

Great family vacation

The house was the perfect size to accommodate all of my family while we all still had space to ourselves. I loved the option to turn off the AC and open the slider doors up for a wonderful cool breeze.

Comfortable Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay. The pool was my favorite part. Everything you need was provided. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds.

Peace and tranquility on the water… mostly!

Compared to the hustle and bustle of the beach, our time at this property was relaxing and incredibly enjoyable. We had 3 stops during this vacation and this location was by far the top pick! We loved pool time and the layout of the house is spectacular. The one issue worth mentioning is the fact that the master bedroom needs and doesn’t have room darkening curtains, which puts a damper on sleeping in! There are also little dogs at the neighbor’s house on this side of the property and they did bark in the morning, causing additional problems with sleeping in. Overall, a very good experience! Would definitely stay here again… but, maybe there will be new curtains by then! 😉

Family Vacation

We had a great experience at this home. It was well furnished for vacationers and was in a safe and convenient location. We really enjoyed the heated pool, lanai, beach and pool equipment, dock area, and layout of the house. The manager was quick to respond to questions. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and everything you need

We visited as a family. The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming and beautiful. The house was lovely. Beautifully decorated nice space huge kitchen and a lovely and relaxing pool overlooking the channel. It was a great and relaxing get away. Thank you.

Beds are comfy, pool is gorgeous, great open layout, extra large washer and dryer. Kitchen is plenty big enough for everyone to gather. Property Management is extremely responsive. And Burrowing Owls in the front yard!

Best Spring Break Ever

My family and I came down on spring break. My kids loved the pool and canal. We all loved that we could bring our boat and run out to the islands for perfect beach days. We definitely want to come back for another stay. My kids hated to leave.

Cape Coral vacation home

This house was even better than the pics and description. It was a great location that was very accessible to all of the nearby attractions- beach, golf, baseball game, fishing charter, shopping, and dining. We were sad to leave and will absolutely rent this house again next year when we come down.

Lovely Cape Coral

Great location with several very good restaurants close by. Kitchen was large and comfortable. Pool was very clean and warm. Beds were very uncomfortable not allowing us a good nights sleep., hence the 4 rating.

Great family spot

Loved the doc, kayaks and pool. Master bedroom looks into the pool which is great with kids and a baby. Loved the sunset spot. Kids had fun fishing off the dock. Nice area and neighborhood. Clean place. The kids loved the owls too!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was equipped with everything that we needed, very clean and convenient to so much! The pool was an added bonus and the kiddos lived in it. We also took advantage of the boat slip and rented a pontoon to cruise the canals. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral!

Great time!

Everyone loved being here. Very clean, nice furniture, memory foam mattresses, clean pool with lots of toys. Bring your own seasonings since there is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Neighbors are close but friendly.
