    Inside, the open-concept layout features a comfortable living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of seating to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining space, making it easy to enjoy meals at home or entertain your group.

    The bedroom layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility:
    - Bedroom 1: Queen bed with cozy furnishings and ample storage
    - Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, ideal for couples or older children
    - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with trundles—perfect for kids or additional guests

    Both bathrooms are clean and functional, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    On Fire Grill - (Food Truck): Fire Grill is hands down one of the best food trucks in Cape Coral! Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether it’s their Garlic Picanha, churrasco, or delicious sides, every bite is packed with quality and care.

    We want you to have a fantastic experience at our property while helping us keep it in great condition for future guests. Please take a moment to read through the guidelines below.

    1. Check-In & Check-Out
    Check-in: After 4:00 PM (self-check-in or host greeting, as noted in your booking).

    Check-out: By 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved in writing.

    Late check-outs without prior approval may incur a fee, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare for the next guests.

    2. Parking
    Park only in the designated spaces provided in your check-in instructions.

    Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes.

    3. Occupancy Limits
    The maximum number of guests is listed in your reservation.

    Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

    Hosting unregistered overnight visitors may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of your stay.

    4. Noise & Quiet Hours
    Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

    No loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings.

    Please be mindful of neighbors — noise complaints may lead to fines or removal from the property without refund (per Airbnb policy).

    5. Smoking, Vaping & Drug Policy
    No smoking or vaping inside the property.

    Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas; please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.

    Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

    6. Pets (if allowed)
    Only pre-approved pets are allowed.

    Please keep pets off furniture and beds.

    Pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly.

    Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest.

    7. Pool & Hot Tub (if applicable)
    Use the pool/hot tub at your own risk — no lifeguard is on duty.

    Children must be supervised at all times.

    No glass containers in or around the pool area.

    Please follow posted safety guidelines (temperature limits, time limits for hot tub use, etc.).

    8. Cleanliness During Stay
    Please treat the home with care — keep surfaces clean, wipe up spills, and store food properly.

    Do not move furniture without prior approval.

    For extended stays, we recommend taking out the trash regularly to prevent pests.

    9. Trash & Recycling
    Follow local recycling and waste rules.

    Place trash in the designated bins and roll them to the curb on the scheduled pickup days listed in the house manual.

    10. Kitchen Use
    You are welcome to use the kitchen and cookware provided.

    Please clean dishes, utensils, and appliances after use.

    11. Safety & Security
    Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

    Do not share your access codes with anyone outside your group.

    Fire extinguishers and first-aid kits are provided for emergencies (locations are listed in the welcome guide).

    12. Damage & Breakage
    Accidents happen — please let us know right away so we can address them promptly.

    Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damaged items or property.

    13. Compliance with Laws & Policies
    Guests must comply with all local laws, HOA/community rules, and Airbnb policies.

    Any illegal or unsafe activity will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

    14. Check-Out Procedure
    Before leaving, please:

    Gather used towels and place them in the laundry area.

    Wash dishes or load the dishwasher and start the cycle.

    Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins.

    Turn off lights, appliances, and the propane tank (if applicable).

    Lock all doors and windows.
