Paradise

The house was beautiful and we loved hanging out in the pool, Tiki Hut, and screened in porch! The host was very helpful and answered all questions we had. Look forward to another stay there!

Great place would stay again

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had a great time at the property. Very clean with amazing views of the river. The outdoor areas were great. Enjoyed the pool, tiki hut and fishing off the dock. Fishing we caught catfish, snapper, a trout, a sheepshead and 2 small sharks. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

This property was way beyond our expectations. From the incredible views, to the cleanliness, to all the extras available, it was the perfect stay. They have everything you can think of there, including fishing gear, bikes, cornhole, and high quality outdoor furniture. We didn't see any dolphins or manatees, but did see a meteor, lizards and some beautiful skies. Overall, about as close to perfect a place to stay as we can imagine.

True to its’ name: “Paradise”

A long day of travel, unexpected delays and then suddenly, in the simple turning of a “key”, we entered “Paradise”…(appropriately named, BTW!). A beautiful home with so many special touches that surprise and make you wonder who put all this together? I traveled with family and we had a list of things the 4 of us wanted to see/do while in Cape Coral. However, we soon found that morning coffee on the dock, sunrise, watching pelicans, and sometimes a morning dolphin were a thrill and so relaxing. The pool beckoned and we did enjoy it! Lots of pool toys as advertised. The Tiki Hut was captivating. A tropical drink in hand and, once again, who is the genius behind this decor? So much fun and laughter. Listening to old rock, some Jimmy Buffet, and seeing who could swing that little metal ring-on-a-string to land exactly on the hook! Ok, so we did try to see some sights, but Paradise called. Fire up the gas grill and instant “Cheeseburger in Paradise”. The evenings were enchantment in Paradise as the tiki torches lit up and the moon rose. The silhouette of the owner’s boat developed, we turned the pool light on and suddenly a new ambiance! (and usually a cool breeze!) Inside the home is, well, beautiful and such unique aquatic themes! I loved sitting in the conversation pit, turned the candles on and just took it all in. Dinners out were ALL WONDERFUL: Prime 239 Steakhouse, Fish Tale Grill (we also bought fresh Grouper at their store and grilled next day!). Be amazed!

Perfect New Years vacay

New years vacation dream home. The weather was cooler for Florida, we had a hiccup with the heated pool but hosts were quick to fix the issue. Gorgeous house with amazing views. Coffee and beautiful sunrise views welcomed us every morning. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we didn’t even know we needed. Bikes available if you want to explore, which we did. Margarita machine was a hit with our group. Pay it forward amenities from previous guest were useful. Comfortably suited two families of four (which included 4 teenagers). Watched football from tiki and sunroom. Short drive to Fort Myers beach, kayaking and shopping more. We hope to be back!

Amazing Family Spring Break!

Pictures really don’t do this home justice. From the moment we opened the front door, we were blown away by the breathtaking view. I’m missing it already and we just left a few hours ago! The outdoor area is phenomenal. The pool, tiki hut, dock, screened in porch, nice furniture to relax in and did I mention the view lol? My son was able to catch catfish and snapper right off the dock and we saw lots of little lizards and 2 iguanas. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated. All of the beds are extremely comfy! We also appreciated that the home was well stocked with just about everything you could need or want. There are even bikes, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, fishing supplies, etc for guests’ use. The neighborhood is friendly and convenient. We enjoyed just relaxing at the house quite a bit, but when we did venture out our favorite spots were Fin’s, Jungle Bird, Rumrunners, Side Car Ice Cream (they even have adult milkshakes!) and the fishing charter we booked through Sea-N-Red Charters. We highly recommend Captain Erik if you’re looking for a charter. He got my son lots of catches and my daughter and I enjoyed shell hunting on Captiva. I could go on and on but don’t hesitate to book. The owners are the kindest and most responsive I’ve ever encountered and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is top notch! It is obvious from the moment you walk in that they care deeply about their home. Thank you, Missie & Jeff! ❤️

Holiday Vacation

My family of 7 had a great time staying at this property over the recent holiday season. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, sitting and fishing off the dock, enjoying warm evenings under the tiki hut watching the college bowl games, and singing karaoke on the bluetooth speaker :). The property had several bikes which we used to ride around the neighborhood and even rode to downtown Cape Coral. The house had everything one would need: comfy beds, great bathrooms, the sunken family room, double oven, two fridges, icemaker and other amenities. Everything was well maintained and clean. Even despite the recent hurricane, the area was vibrant with many restaurants. The beaches were closed so we drove an hour to Naples to go to the beach which was a fun trip. If you're looking for a great place to unwind, you cannot go wrong with this property. Jeff and Missie were outstanding hosts and we communicated frequently before and during the stay. Can't wait to come back again!!

Exceeded all expectations

This VRBO was fantastic. Our family (mom, dad, myself, wife our 3 kids and my sister) rented this place for our family summer vacation. I have to say the pictures do not do this place justice. When you walk in the kitchen and see the water it takes your breathe away. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas of this home : the tiki hut, the pool, the screened in porch etc. Our host Melissa was great with communication and was very friendly and helpful. She even gave our family suggestions on places to go and were spot on. Our family really enjoyed fishing off the pier. Make sure to use shrimp ! We caught tons of catfish and the kids Are now hooked on fishing. Lastly this place came stocked by the owner beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, fishing poles, bikes etc. OOOO and the margarita machine !!! Can’t say enough about this place !!!

The Best VRBO we have ever rented !

Wow ! Is all I can say about this property. We have stayed at many rental properties and this one tops them all. THE most beautiful home and everything about this home was perfect ! The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked ans were the linens. The outside area was fabulous, we enjoyed the pool every day and sat at the Tiki Bar every night. The sunrises from the dock were spectacular. Our Host was so very easy to work with and answered all of our questions during the stay...one of the best Hosts that we have rented from. I hated to leave the property when it was time to check-out...I could have stayed forever !

Wonderful Stay!

Our family enjoyed the beautiful views of the river while relaxing by the Tiki bar. Close to great beaches. Melissa was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Slice of paradise

This home is incredible and the owners are amazing. Pictures don't do the house the justice is deserves. Its spacious and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed to grill and cook. Days we went to beach we used the beach chairs and cooler that's available. But let's be real - the pool is the winning feature of this home. We spent evenings laying in the pool watching the warm sun as it set while Dolphins and Manatees swam by. For a great brewery in the area go to Crazy Dingo Fri thru Sunday. It's a brewery/petting zoo/farmers market.

Wonderful house, location and vacation!!

We had the best time staying here!! The pool and tiki bar were great and we loved being right on the water. We saw a manatee and dolphins twice during our stay! My husband fished everyday! Close to all beaches also! Wonderful contact with host also, house was everything we wanted! Thank you again!

Great Experience!

This is a beautiful, well-cared for home. The pictures online did not do it justice! It is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 7. The home is so nicely decorated and has a "homey" feel to it that made us very comfortable on our vacation. The hosts had just about every amenity you could think of to make this trip enjoyable. Missie was so great to work with from the booking to the end of the stay. She was so helpful and always responded quickly. You can tell these hosts make this home a priority and value their guests. I will definitely try to get back here to stay again!

Just perfect

We stayed 6 days and the house was perfect. The house layout was incredible. It was like paradise with the view unmatched. The house has everything you need cooler, beach chairs, fishing rods and you even have your own tiki hut in the back yard. The owners were very helpful.

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren begeistert, schöne Lage und ruhige Umgebung. Bootsvermietung sowie einige Läden und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 1,5km). Das einzige was uns nicht klar war: Mülltrennung (aber das könnte nur deutsches Problem sein) 2 Mülltonnen, auf einer stand "Recycling" unsere Frage war nun: Glas / Plastik / Papier oder doch nur organische-Abfälle... Sollten wir es doch falsch gemacht haben - tut uns Leid, war keine Absicht. Grill und Fischangeln konnten mitbenutzt werden. Wir haben jede Stunde genossen.

Caloosahatchee Riverfront House w/Tiki hut

Our stay at Riverfront House with Tiki hut was very enjoyable. The easterly views from the dining room or lanai across the Caloosahatchee River towards Fort Meyers made for great sunrise views while we planned the day over our morning coffee. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the sitting areas have very nice furniture. The ample linens for the bedrooms, bath’s, kitchen and pool area were much appreciated. Outdoor seating was excellent. Missie, our host, dealt with a pool heater problem immediately and we enjoyed the salt water pool almost every day. We appreciated the five bicycles provided for our use and also the pool floats and nice grill for our use. The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood for walks to see the burrowing owls, or to head out to the many nearby beaches, preserves for hikes or mangroves for kayaking adventures.

Beautiful home

Glad we rented this place and can't wait to rent it again. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Great sitting area to watch tv. Had everything you needed to make it an enjoying trip and to top it off it has an amazing view. Just on overall great place. Cant wait to make it back sometime.

This Cape Ciral house far exceeded the property description and my expectations.

Our family gathered in Cape Coral to spend a week over the Christmas holiday, this house is beautiful and spacious. The views are spectacular anytime of the day. Beaches and restaurants are nearby and very easy to access. We visited Ft Myers beach along with the beaches at Sanibel and Captiva.. The various beaches are very unique and enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about our hosts Melissa and Jeff, they are very accommodating and gracious. Our week stay felt like we lived in a piece of paradise. We do plan to return very soon. Thank you Missie and Jeff for providing this wonderful vacation spot.
