The modern furnished, approx. 200 square meter villa, in the great southeast Cape Coral, was built in 1987 and completely renovated by us in 2011 and brought up to the latest standards.

The well thought-out floor plan and the furnishings have been specially designed by us personally for the discerning holiday guest, we also want to feel comfortable in the villa, since we ourselves spend a few weeks a year here.

The villa is located directly on a fresh water canal with access to a lake and has:

- 3 bedrooms (1x king + 2x queen)

- 3 bathrooms (2x with full equipment and a pool bath)

- 2nd living room with office corner. Can also be used as a 4th bedroom - 2 pull-out couches with a queen-size bed (preferred for children) and a high-quality travel cot available.

- Salt water pool with enough loungers and 4-burner gas grill

The entire house is very high quality and tastefully furnished and furnished, including with granite surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, real wood kitchen, energy-efficient heat pump for the pool and new state-of-the-art air conditioning.

A large pool area with enough seating and lounging possibilities was very important to us personally. The pool area faces south so that you can enjoy the sun by the pool all year round.

Garage:

The double garage is at your disposal so that your car is safely and coolly stored

You usually enter the house through the garage, which can be opened electrically. You will receive the garage door opener when you check in.

There are storage spaces in the garage. Beach utensils such as umbrellas, chairs and helmets for a bike tour are stored there.

Utility room:

The first room you enter from the garage is the utility room. There is an energy-saving front-load washing machine and a front-load dryer, which you can use to wash, dry and then iron your daily laundry such as towels or other things.

There is also a cool box for on the go and tools if something needs to be repaired on wheels or on the house.

Living room / dining room / kitchen:

From the utility room you come directly into the spacious living, cooking and dining area - the linchpin of the house and the meeting point for all guests.

The large open kitchen is equipped with extra high cupboards, an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher and an oversized American fridge / freezer with an ice maker and filtered ice water.

In the cupboards you will find all conceivable accessories for everyday life in the house:

Pots and pans, dishes for 10 people, glasses and cups and storage containers, as well as spices.

Of course there are also:

a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more

You can take your meals either directly at the bar, at the adjoining breakfast area with 4 high chairs and high table, or in the dining area with 6 chairs. Another possibility and for us the most beautiful is in the pool area with a table for 6 people and a high table with chairs. So there are enough opportunities to have a barbecue or cook something at home.

In the large living room with 6m high ceilings there is a 52 "LCD TV incl. Innumerable television programs, DVD player only. The decor is tasteful but also cozy and invites you to relax a little.

Office:

Our small office is in the second living room and is designed for the few jobs that you have to do during a vacation. We provide a laptop and a printer. Hotel bookings can be made at the small desk or the inquiries can be planned online for the next day.

In all living areas we provide books that invite you to relax. Of course you will also find a travel guide about Florida. This is ready on the living room table.

We also provide you with a landline telephone with which you can make free calls to the American telephone network. For international calls, a calling card is recommended, which can be bought in any large shop. You can also be called at any time.

The entire house area has a fast WiFi network with which you can dig through any WiFi-enabled device and with the key supplied by us. This is child's play. There is also a LAN connection in the living room.

Terrace and pool:

The approximately 150 square meter pool area with the usual screen in Florida is certainly the highlight and the common meeting point and place to stay on a vacation.

The approx. 8 x 4.5 m salt water pool is equipped with a staircase and slopes gently towards the rear. At the deepest point it measures 2.2 meters. The pool can be illuminated at night so that a great atmosphere is created. Also ideal for children as the flat area is only 1 m deep.

Since it is a salt water pool, swimming in it is very skin and eye friendly and ideal for people with skin problems. The salt water pool is especially pleasant for children. The salt water content is less than 0.5% so that there is no salty taste like in the sea.

In the winter months the outside temperature can get a little cooler and the pool needs heating. Here we have installed a high-quality and energy-efficient pool heater that works very quietly and with low emissions.

After bathing, you have the option of using the pool bath accessible from the pool area for the most important shops without detours and so you do not always have to accept the detour via the living area.

An oversized table with 6 chairs is available in the covered area of ​​the terrace and invites to many activities. Whether meals together, playing cards or enjoying a nice glass of wine or a cold drink in a cozy atmosphere. You can also find shelter from the sun or in the rare event that it should rain.

4 comfortable sun loungers, 2 side tables and 1 large parasol are available for sunbathing. In addition, the boat dock with two comfortable chairs and a table offers another way to relax.

A gas grill with 4 burners can be used by you (must be cleaned on departure). Gas bottle included in the price.

Bedrooms / bathrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms available.

The master bedroom has an oversized king-size bed, a walk-in closet with shelves and direct pool access, a large flat-screen TV, a large bathroom with separate shower, a whirlpool, a sink and a separate toilet. Everything is equipped with high quality stone tiles.

On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms:

The two queen-size bedrooms each have a shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a built-in wardrobe for clothes. In each bedroom there is a clock radio with an iPod / iPhone docking station. One of the two queen-size bedrooms has another LCD TV.

Of course, there are also sufficient towels for the bathroom and the pool, which are cleaned or replaced after every tenant change.

Toddlers:

A separate cot and two children's highchairs are available for younger guests. The pool can be secured with a special 'baby fence' for small children. The pool fence will of course be set up for you before arrival. We can also provide a baby monitor on request.
