    Stunningly situated with 86 feet of water frontage at the meeting point of Gloriana and Traveler Canals, this three-bedroom home brings custom design, beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a uniquely Floridian atmosphere to your next escape to Cape Coral. Whether you pull your car into the driveway or tie up your boat to the private dock, you'll be greeted by breezy, light-filled living spaces both inside and out. Spend your days fishing and sunbathing on the spacious dock, cooling off in the private heated swimming pool, and sipping tropical cocktails in the shade of the tiki hut on the water. The outdoor space also includes a covered terrace where you can watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee in hand, as well as a screened-in dining area with a gas grill for your daily fresh catch. Zero-edge sliding glass pocket doors help bring the beauty of the outdoors in, where you'll find ample space for entertaining and relaxing amid large rooms, ceramic tile floors, and tray ceilings. Let the warm gulf breezes awake you each morning, prepare breakfast on stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and enjoy views of the water from almost every room. You'll also have two adult-size bikes to assist you in exploring the neighborhood, and the comforts of central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and four flatscreen TVs to welcome you home from your daily excursions.

    This custom-built, waterfront home sits at the intersection of the sailboat-access Gloriana and Traveler Canals, approximately one mile north of the Cape Harbour Marina. It's a wonderful location for boating enthusiasts and anglers, with easy water access out to the Caloosahatchee River and the open Gulf of Mexico beyond. If you're looking to hit the beach nearby, take your pick of the riverfront Yacht Club Public Beach (five miles southeast) or Fort Myers Beach (15 miles south) and Sanibel Island (19 miles south) on the white sand gulf shore.

Beautiful Escape in Cape Coral!

Our family loved staying at this stunning home. The amenities were perfect, and this home was incredibly well-equipped. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral! We would stay again if it were not booked during our next getaway!

I stayed at this property for several days as a retreat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the same. The home was outfitted with everything I needed, was comfortable, clean, located conveniently within Cape Coral, and had a perfect dock for watching all the boats go by.

Great family home

Beautiful, clean home! Lovely pool area with comfortable seating. We enjoyed watching the boats on the canal. Well appointed, large kitchen. Bedrooms had comfy mattresses. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a beautiful vacation and would highly recommend this rental!

Awesome house, pool and dock

The house is amazing very big and roomy very modern the pool, beautiful and the lanai. The dock was 80 feet long and very nice. Stores are close shopping is one minute away.

Lovely quiet and welcoming home

A lovely home situated in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well equipped with all the comforts of home. It was great to have so many pool toys and beach equipment was great . The bikes were perfect for getting to the neighborhood restaurants and for short jaunts. Coffee and cocktails watching the boats along the canal on the huge dock are a must! The house is well suited for adults and children too.

Great Family Getaway

Beautifully decorated home with space for everyone in the family!! Beautiful canal view of boats and kayakers coming and going. Amazingly comfortable beds. Enclosed pool area overlooking dock on canal. Well equipped kitchen. We would book this property again! It was wonderful! Crystal, our local Vacasa rep was great help the couple times we needed it.

Gorgeous home with everything you need!

The home was impeccable and had everything we needed for a week away. The kitchen was well equipped as were the pool and garage with pool toys, rafts, bikes, cooler, umbrella. We honestly didn't need anything! The pool and lanai were gorgeous and the deck and dock were amazing. We used the kayaks daily. Location was also great, just a mile from the harbor. We will be back!

Beautiful location

We loves the extras we’re there for your use. Beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, pool floats, and so much more. We spotted a manatee in the canal floating by. None of us were able to use the wifi.

Fantastic vacation home!

This home more than exceeded our expectations. The pool and expansive outdoor areas were wonderful to watch the boats go in and out on the canal. We used the kayaks and enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our family cooks a lot and this was the most well appointed kitchen in any rental home we have ever stayed in. Even quality knives! The beds were very comfortable, and the closets had ample space as well as dressers with many drawers. The owner provides good beach chairs and a decent cooler that we used daily. Publix is a two minute drive away. Although it was quite a drive to our favorite beaches, this house made the commute worth it. Our party of four was very comfortable and I highly recommend this home.

Christmas in Paradise

My family of four loved staying at the Pelican home in Cape Coral! The home is very clean and we were provided with everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and at one point saw some dolphins come through the canal and jump out of the water. Beautiful! The only problem we had was that we had paid extra to have the pool heated to 85 and the hottest we were able to get it to was 78 degrees. The pool heater was not working correctly and I really feel Vacasa could have done more to help with that situation as we were not able to use the pool as much as we would’ve liked. However, Vacasa did refund our money for the pool heat. If we would’ve had the pool to use more, the vacation would’ve been perfect as we really enjoyed our time at this house!

Excellent in every regard

What a great place! On the pricey side but you get what you pay for a quality high end stay. Clean, well taken care of property. Incredibly well stocked and being on the waterway makes this house very unique. We used the kayaks and the pool extensively. We saw dolphins and (under debate) a possible small whale all from the deck. The kids loved the location. We didn’t have a boat, but wow if you did this property would be a dream. The bbq and fire pit worked great. Seminal Island is a toll drive away and well worth the effort, just make sure you get your SunPass before at CVS or Walgreens. Here’s my pro tip for other guests…. Head to Farmer Joes and get all your supplies and groceries. Wish I had found that place earlier and skipped the Publix and Walmart experience. Would absolutely return if in the area again.

Paradise! Exactly as pictured.

First, the pictures of the property are 100% accurate. Lovely decor, comfortable seating, and the best pool and dock! The home was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen has all the items you'll need including plastic tumblers which are really handy when you have children (no glasses to break-although there are glasses for adults). Keurig was awesome to have for coffee every morning sitting on the porch watching the sun rise. We fished off the dock and caught a few fish (a snook and some snapper). We spent most of our days in the sparkling pool. They have plenty of seating and pool toys in the garage. We were really impressed by the number of towels available (beach and bathroom). I know that sounds strange, but many rentals have very few towels so you end up having to wash all week. We did use the washer and dryer a few times and it works great. We will totally stay here again. The amenities and large space were so impressive. And thank you VACASA for the cleanliness of the home on arrival.

Is 10 Stars an option?

This is truly an amazing home in a wonderful, quiet Florida town. If you need to escape and recharge your batteries, book this home immediately and you will not be disappointed. This property was phenomenal. I visited from Atlanta in the dead of Summer and spent all of my days between the gloriously air conditioned interior, the screened in pool (the best idea ever), the breezy sea water dock, and the very nearby restaurants in town. The house is well situated on the canal with the best dock I could see: plenty of room to pull up your own boat, a bar height table under shade, several lounge chairs at the water's edge, and even some sea kayaks. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. The deck chairs were comfortable and in great condition, and there were tons of various floats and pool noodles in the garage. I saw some yard games stored in there too, like corn hole. The beds were all incredibly comfortable - not the typical that you would find in a rental home. Real pillows too. The kitchen was large and amply stocked with ceramic & glass for inside use, and melamine & plastic for outdoor use. There were plenty of decent pots & pans, knives (rental home knives are always the worst, but these were a step above), Tupperware, random utensils like pizza cutters and wine openers. You can tell that this home was stocked for personal use, and there was not a single utensil I hoped to find that was not there. The proximity of this home to grocery stores and restaurants was also perfect. You can drive and walk to a grocery store, a package store, and a few restaurants, and there are so many other places to each within a 5 minute drive. Sanibel/Captiva is maybe a 35 minute drive by car (much shorter by boat), and well worth the trip.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed at Paradise for 7 nights and it was awesome! Upon arrival, the house smelled a tad musty as though it's been shut up for a few days but after an hour or so of having the doors open it cleared right up. We noticed the lanai furniture having a layer of dust. I started wiping it down but then decided to contact the house manager. She told me she would get someone out to tidy it up so we can be comfortable. Initially she said she may not get someone to come out until the next day but then shortly later she called and said someone would be there within an hour. Perfect! The cleaner came and freshened up all seating and tables on the lanai as well as the dock. This was not a make or break situation, it's just something that should have been done prior to our arrival. After that, we couldn't be happier. The home was clean, as was the pool. The pool was at a perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of paper products and garbage bags. Every bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and we were left one roll of paper towels and one garbage bag. We had to go out and purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent (there was enough for one load of dishes) and laundry detergent (there was 4-5 pods left for our use). I understand the owners not wanting to fully stock the house for a week but we feel this was a tad scant for this quality of home. Again, not a make or break but hopefully they add to the "starter supply" for the next guests. The large expansive dock was PHENOMENAL! We sunbathed, played cornhole (awesome amenity I must add!) and hung out under the shade of the tiki hut. We had a group of 8 adults and this floorplan worked out perfect for us. Everyone had their own bathroom. Only downfall to this house is there is no direct bathroom off the pool area. There were TONS of pool toys and floats. Lots of beach chairs, wagon, bikes...none of which we used sadly. The party lights around the lanai and the tiki hut made us feel right at home. Tons of seating on the lanai as well as the dock. HUGE BONUS! The kitchen had quality utensils, dishes, glasses, everything. It was lacking in selection of spices. The beds were comfy. The propane fire pit on the lanai was also an awesome amenity you don't see everywhere. Publix was literally a 2 minute drive (if that) as well as a liquor store. All in all, we had the best time at this house and we will absolutely book it again in the future, if we don't buy our own first! Book it, you won't regret it!
