The house was lovely, and the location was amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and neat. The property management was prompt in responding to our needs. However, there were a couple of issues. Some were resolved immediately, while others took a few days, and some were not resolved at all. The main issue was with the pool. We couldn't access or control it properly because the main controller, an iPad, wasn't working correctly, so we couldn't control the lighting. The pool heating was inconsistent, working sometimes but not others, which was inconvenient since my family loves to swim and we specifically chose the house because of the pool. On the second day of our stay, the toilet in one of the bathrooms wouldn't flush. It took four days for the plumber to return, order the necessary part, and replace it. By that time, our vacation was almost over. In the other bathroom, the drain was clogged, and water was accumulating, but that issue was fixed on the same day. The garage door would open by itself without us operating it, which was strange. The remote control for the TV outside didn't work, but these were minor issues. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and Excellent for Entertaining

Two couples shared this property for 4 weeks and had family visit a couple of times. The house was exactly as advertised! It was very comfortable and lended itself to entertaining family and friends. The house was well equipped and all bedrooms had ensuites! The property manager was easily accessed as well. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house

The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was newly updated and very clean. Pool and spa are beautiful. Their are beach towels available for you to use. The only negative is the distance to the beach. It is about 18 miles to Fort Myers beach, but with traffic it can easily take an hour to get there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 weeks stay. Very comfortable. Loved the sliding doors and great lanai. Would stay here again. Property manager was very restored our questions.

Perfect family vacation home

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The inside of the house was very clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures online. The patio was my favorite part of the house, it was perfect for my family to enjoy the pool, grill some food, and relax. The location was in a great neighborhood and was only a few minute drive to the grocery store and other shops. I highly recommend staying at this house for your visit to Cape Coral.

Amazing property- better than expected

We are very picky about cleanliness and smells and this place was perfect. The location on the canal was great and the patio /pool area was excellent. This home is on our list that we’ll plan to return to. Awesome place!

Accommodations were excellent, but do not expect response from mgmt or homeowners if any issues.

We rented this property over Christmas with our two twenty-something year olds, and entertained extended family over the course of the week. The home and property are beautiful! It is new, perfectly decorated, bright and cheerful, and wonderfully laid out. The kitchen is well-equipped for entertaining, and instructions on equipment easy to follow (just make sure to read them via emails sent and on location). The outdoor space is gorgeous! The neighborhood is not very attractive and without sidewalks in quite a few areas. Lots of construction in the area. We have rented many vacation homes over the years, and this is first one that you literally had to bring/buy any and all disposable items you will use...garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, soaps for bathrooms, napkins, tissues, ziplock baggies, saran wrap, etc. Shampoo and conditioner would be usual items, but this was a bit excessive given they want you to run the dishwasher with the dirty dishes before you leave and start the process of laundering the bedding. The owners keep their truck parked in the driveway. No one mentioned this to us, so we weren't sure if anyone was in the house still. That was odd. The other issues we had were with the pool and construction noise! The pool takes quite some time to heat. When I emailed management about it, I did not get a response back until I called. It ended up being such a process, that we did not use it all week. But the hot tub was great! The construction noise, was from the lot right next door to this property. Workers were constructing a pier, using a generator on a raft. It was very loud, lots of pounding, and zero privacy at the back of the house where the pool/hot tub are located. Usually rental properties will list this is the rental information, so renters are aware. The management company did not respond to my texts. When I finally reached them via phone, they stated that they were trying to contact the owners and would get back to me, which never happened. Communication and transparency needs to be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Furniture is beautiful and comfy, and neigbhorhood and canal is quiet (when no construction). The only other thing that would have been wonderful is extra blankets for those chilly nights and/or a heat lamp outside.

Beautiful Home

Great stay in a new, clean and beautiful home. A bit smaller than the pictures portray, but the layout is efficient and we had plenty of space for everyone. Sure would love a way to fire up those jet skis in the backyard, maybe a way to incorporate into rental and allow tenants to rent. Neighborhood is quiet with little nearby, but that is what we were looking for. Overall met and exceeded our high expectations.

Nice house quiet location

Very nice house in a quiet area. If your looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place. Not much nightlife around if that’s what your looking for. Most restaurants close at 9-10 pm.

Even better than the pictures!

We absolutely loved this property. It’s even better in person than the pictures - absolutely beautiful! The property manager was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the pool settings. My kids loved it and still talk about how much fun they had. We would definitely stay here again and again!
