The house was nice and as described and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we’re very happy with the responsiveness of the host on a couple of minor issues.Overall, it was excellent.

This was the perfect house for us! We took our 2 dogs with us and the yard was absolutely perfect for them including a doggie door available off the lanai. The pool was clean and the pool heater actually worked…this is a big win for us. Great location, close to so many shops/restaurants/parks. The house itself was very well maintained and all appliances and amenities worked perfectly. Well stocked. Thank you for a great couple of weeks in your home!!

The house was great! Perfect communication, very clean, very well supplied. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels... I appreciate the added cleaning supplies, dishwasher and laundry pods, and trash bags. Not all VRBO homes do this which I never understand. Having the trash bags and cleaning supplies, we were able to keep the home clean and kept up. They even have a small vacuum that was appreciated. The pool and spa were fantastic and we all loved being able to swim every day. Highly recommend.

Weekend get-away

This home matched our needs so well. Fully stocked with toiletries and beach needs. The pool area is enough to keep you happy though the weekend with toys and plenty of lounge space. The grill was a great feature we didnt use but its there. The beds were all comfortable and the spaces inviting. Would 10/10 recommend and will be coming back soon.

Paradise In Your Backyard

This house was a spectacular find and including the hosts! The hosts were quick to answer questions which I really appreciated. All the amenities you need including plenty of towels and beach type of items! Very spacious and modern with plenty of room to spread out including a game room in the garage. Yes, there is a school and a little traffic during that time although a very quit neighborhood feel. We spent majority of the time outside in the pool. The outdoor patio is perfect especially to watch TV while swimming! The kids absolutely loved this house too. 25 minutes from RSW and Fort Myers Beach. 40 minutes to Sanibel and 1 hour to Captiva! Perfect location for all you want to do in the area. A must rent property!

Lovely Home

We loved everything about the house . Few issues, quickly addressed and handled in a timely manner . Loved the way the master was on the other end of the house from the other bedrooms. Sometimes I think someone should investigate everyday things in the house though . Electric Skillet usable but broken , dryer always had an error message even with us always cleaning the lint trap , dishwasher worked but never dried the dishes , batteries in remotes needed replaced . Never did get the living room tv to come on , which was fine as we were outside most of the time . Would we go back ?? Definitely!

Perfect!

Great location with families, plenty of kids stuff to day. Pool is great if you’re going during Jan and Feb since the water is a bit chilly and the pool is heated, plenty of room for a group of 10 people here. Will stay again if coming to the area!

Family Vacation

The property was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Tonnie and her husband responded to our questions promptly! The tablet to adjust the pool and hot tub can be a little confusing but that can be easily fixed by updating the instruction sheet. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for family trip!

This place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space to cook for everybody and the heated pool/spa was just what we needed for relaxing. Close enough to go to the beach a couple hours but just far enough away to be peaceful. Loved the outdoor covered space!

Family time

We had a great time at this very spacious and comfortable home. Everything we needed was at the property including beach towels and pool toys. We specially want to give a shout out to the property manager, Tonnie. She was very welcoming and explained everything well. She went beyond by letting us know that we had left some clothes behind in the dryer and quickly sent them to us in a package. We would recommend this property for a relaxing and fun time.

“ Cosy home “

I would start my review by saying how cozy the stay was, I found everything clean, super comfortable beds and each of the rooms! Enough space to watch TV and share with the family. I loved the kitchen since I was in charge of preparing food, it has everything you need in it. The pool .., my favorite place, big and comfortable…. phenomenal 😍😎☀️. I would like to thank you for the communication during the wait in the days for my little vacation for Mother's Day, all the time my questions were answered. I give it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and thank you very much for everything. God bless you guys always. See you again 👍🏻

Too many issues with the home to list. Do not rent this property if like hot Spa's and privacy.

1. Horrible communication regarding dog rules and onsite property management visits. 2. Lack of privacy; pictures of backyard fence inaccurate. 3. Noisy location. 4. Maximum spa temperature we could achieve was 91 or 92 degrees. 5. Could not obtain hot water in the shower in the master bedroom. Warm, not hot. 6. The television in the living room does not have cable, Roku, or such. It is limited to normal TV stations and is very limited. 7. Ice from the ice maker/ice on the door had a terrible taste. Had to make ice to enjoy having ice in our drinks. 8. Microware light does not work. 9. The right electronic recliner facing the door does not recline. 10. Location is an issue and raises safety concerns. The house is directly across the street from an elementary school. Every morning and afternoon, parents line up from the side and front of the house to drop off and pick up their children. They cut the corner and drive on the front yard grass. We did not feel safe.
