Loved having coffee availability and simple items like toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. We ate the mini bags of chips right away as our flight had been delayed and nothing was open by the time we arrived. Nice location, safe area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It truly exceeded our expectations! The interior refurbishments are stunning and beautifully done, everything we could possible need! The bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the open-plan living space and relaxing by the pool while looking out over the peaceful waterway, we even saw a dolphin!The location is excellent—quiet and serene, with friendly and welcoming locals. There are plenty of great places to eat and shop nearby, making everything very convenient.The only thing we couldn’t find was a welcome book to guide us through details like the alarm system, tv and air conditioning. However, this is an outstanding property, and we really hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

House was exactly as advertised. A few suggestions: need towel racks in both bathrooms as well as a handrail in the master bath with a hook or rack for washcloths. Check the grill brush to see if it needs to be replaced before next guest arrives. Clean the grill after each rental. Buy a tire pump for the bikes. Tires were flat when we got there. Fix the boat lift. Only one side works. Other than those items are stay was great. It’s a nice and quiet area.

The Most Relaxing Vacation

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place! This house has it all and meets all expectations! We have stayed in many houses in this area and this is by far our favorite! The host was awesome as well! We can’t wait to book here again!

House was beautiful. Kids loved the pool and fishing on the canal. Had a mishap with the door code for check in, but it was handled promptly. Host responded quickly to any questions and concerns.

Perfect Place for Families

We had an amazing stay! Sophie is one of the best hosts you'll find: super responsive, attentive, and caring. The home itself is beautiful and is in a great location in Cape Coral: secluded enough off the beaten path but close enough to amenities. The house is just as nice as the pictures and has everything you'll need for a great stay. The pool is perfect and it's west-facing so you get beautiful sunrises in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Fishing off the dock is good, too! Kids spent a lot of time out there.We plan to come back!

Beautiful house, but a bit dated. A few small repairs are needed here and there, which is why the costs are a bit high. Contact with the agency was always very friendly and quick. Repairs were also offered quickly, and missing items were supplied within two days. We really enjoyed the sunrises. In the afternoon, the sun disappeared in front of the house, so the pool overlooking the canal was in the shade. Two kayaks were available to use free of charge, as were two bicycles. However, these are not suitable for longer trips (over about 30 minutes), as their construction is fragile and there are no handbrakes. This can be very dangerous at intersections. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay, as the surrounding houses were hardly occupied, making it very quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful!

This home was beautiful, well stocked with beach toys, kids/baby items, and kitchen supplies. Sophie heated the pool for us and was quick to respond to any communication we had. It suited our family well and we would love to return!

The house was just as listed on the website. It was very clean, updated, well decorated and had all the amenities as listed. The heated pool was great and plenty of seating around the pool. The host was very responsive and we did not have any problems. Would definitely stay here again!
