The villa features four bedrooms and is designed for a standard occupancy of up to 6 guests. Occupancy of 7 or 8 guests is available upon request and subject to prior confirmation.

The covered lanai offers a comfortable lounge and outdoor living area with beautiful views of the palm trees, tropical surroundings and canal. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning, relaxing by the pool in the afternoon or sipping a glass of wine in the evening, this is where the Florida lifestyle can be enjoyed to the fullest.

The bright living area is designed in a contemporary Florida style and features comfortable seating for relaxing together. Large windows create a light and welcoming atmosphere while beautifully connecting the indoor living space with the tropical outdoor surroundings.
